We have been hoping around FL for several years. This beach surpasses them all. St Augustine doesn’t disappoint with lots of pleasant surprises.

The condo complex is an older one, but very well maintained. Similarly, this condo followed suit. It was clean and comfortable, with everything you’d need for a week’s vacation. My only criticism would be the dark hallways leading to the unit. Close to the beach and nice view.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here. He loves the beach and I'm a history buff. This unit gave us the perfect location to spend some time with our toes in the sand, and then take the short drive into old St. Augustine for sightseeing and shopping. During our stay, the air conditioner unit started leaking, but we called the management company and Jamie couldn't have been better to work with. She arranged for someone to come repair the issue and kept us appraised of when the team would arrive, assured us we didn't have to be in the residence at the time (we just happened to be there anyway), and the repair was quickly made with no additional problems. The one thing I would suggest is that it would be great if the unit had a map of the grounds, as well as some helpful locales in the surrounding area. Using Google, we found a local supermarket, then discovered it was closed for construction and had to quickly Google to find another. We often asked the guards at the gate for recommendations for local restaurants, where to rent bikes in the area, and other info. We had to walk around the grounds to find the hot tubs and pools, and we weren't the only guests looking for them. On our last day, when we took out the trash, we wound up wandering around the parking lots searching for the dumpster until a maintenance man finally showed us. Aside from these minor inconveniences, our stay was lovely and I would highly recommend this unit.

Nice location, close to the beach. The first picture is misleading. The balcony has an obstructed view of the water and overlooks the parking lot and building next door. Also too much furniture on the balcony making mobility difficult. A grill and picnic area are listed. We bought groceries prior to arriving with the intent of grilling several meals. There is not a grill on the property. Disappointing.

Nice beach decor. Balcony with view. Minutes to beach. Missing a few essentials like coffee filters and an umbrella. They delivered new umbrella next day. Grocery store 3 minutes from complex. The beach was beautiful. Check NASA website for launch’s. Although miles away, you can see rocket trails during day and lights at night.
