Splendida residenza sull'oceano diretta con 2 letti e 2 bagni - Unità 108

Non c'è niente di paragonabile a un soggiorno nel nostro condominio con Crescent Beach proprio fuori dalla porta di casa. Il balcone con il suo tavolo da bistrot è il posto migliore per vedere le dune, la sabbia e il mare. Sedersi con una tazza di caffè o un cocktail e guardare i pellicani che si tuffano per mangiare o vedere una scuola di delfini che nuota. Nuovo TV 42 "e lettore Blu ray nel soggiorno, TV 32" e DVD nella camera da letto principale con un lussuoso letto king size. Ci sono due letti singoli nella seconda camera da letto con un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Moquette nelle camere da letto e nel soggiorno, con piastrelle per il resto del condominio. Un sacco di giochi da tavolo per la famiglia per divertirsi seduti attorno all'accogliente tavolo da pranzo. Sono ammessi solo soggiorni di 7 o più notti. A Summerhouse abbiamo 4 piscine a temperatura controllata tra cui scegliere sulla proprietà che lo rende comodo per nuotare tutto l'anno! Ci sono anche quattro campi da tennis, due campi da squash e un campo da pickleball. Abbiamo due aree per grigliate e due campi da gioco per i bambini situati alle estremità della proprietà. La nostra area comune intorno alle piscine è ricoperta da una lussureggiante erba ben tenuta con una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia. La nostra unità di noleggio ha uno staff amichevole di front office e manutenzione in loco per aiutare a risolvere rapidamente qualsiasi problema qualora dovesse insorgere. Abbiamo una piccola biblioteca e una palestra disponibili durante il normale orario di lavoro per la vostra convenienza.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has enjoyed Summer House for over 30 years and we come back almost every year, usually later in July than in June.The unit was sparsely provided with towels, it was pretty basic compared to other units we've stayed in, but the view and the beach make up for a lot of expectations.Our greatest challenge and disappointment was our neighbors, who apparently upstairs and next to us were extended family who basically took over the lawn in the evening and often partied until late. It was uncomfortable sitting on our balcony, the language of adults and drinking was inappropriate for my young daughter, and overall the noise and light level at night was disruptive and annoying all week.I've stayed at Summer House many years and have experience with large family reunions, but I've never had to deal with a family as disrespectful, uncourteous, and obnoxious as this one. Not really the fault of Summer House, but I question spending the amount it requires to stay there if I know I'm going to get a second-rate condo surrounded by self centered partiers who let their kids' trash blow across the lawn into the dunes while they get tanked on wine and speak over one another using foul language, and so on.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely month in SH 108. We have been staying at Summerhouse for almost 30 years and, obviously, love the place. This unit was in very good condition and had almost all that we needed. However, some of the kitchen tools need to be replaced (measuring cup leaks, no tongs, knives are on their last legs, needs a good corkscrew). Overall, the unit was in great shape and well appointed.

It was a great condo with fantastic ocean front balcony. The only negative was the beach was being redone and we could not go on the beach to late afternoon/early evening.

Nice property and condo; has stairs

Pros: clean, beautiful view, good enough proximity to St. Augustine. Cons: Fit was center only open when office is and small area with equipment that doesn’t all work; listing was not clear about the fact that the unit was upstairs and all the bedrooms within the unit were up another flight of stairs. This would have been good to know.
