Situato in riva al mare ad Anastasia è un condominio splendido attico. Questo condominio bello di 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni è nuovo al mercato locativo e con gusto
decorato. Il condominio è a pochi passi dall'oceano, molo di pescatori, ristoranti, negozi e attività. I servizi includono una piscina riscaldata, sala fitness, parcheggio designato, una lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità e connessione internet wireless gratuita.

Seaside at Anastasia ha tutto il necessario per godersi la vacanza tra cui piscina riscaldata, sala fitness e ascensori. A pochi minuti dal centro storico di St. Agostino dove c'è abbondanza di cibo, negozi e siti turistici. L'Alligator Farm si trova nelle vicinanze e vanta una nuova esperienza di rivestimento zip.

Caratteristico paese balneare. Se ti piace fare surf, nuotare, andare in paddle board, prendere il sole, prendere una sedia e leggere sulla spiaggia, c'è qualcosa per tutti! Non c'è bisogno di un'auto quando si può raggiungere a piedi il Pier Park che include: Mercatino degli agricoltori di mercoledì, mercoledì sera Musica di The Sea Concert Series, Pallavolo, Pesca, Boccie Ball e uno Splash Park al The Pier. Ottimi ristoranti, negozi e più vicino.

Great place! Great location!

Beautiful condo, very spacious and clean. Everything we needed for the perfect stay. Location was wonderful, just across from the beach and a very short drive to historic downtown. Property managers were wonderful, great follow up and communication. Check and check out were easy. Can’t say enough great things about this property.

Beautiful development

The condo was well equipped. The location was great, walking distance to everything. I suggest if you go to the beach head south a few blocks as the beach across the street from the condo complex is extremely crowded due to many hotels in that vicinity. The pool amenity was great and the condo complex was very pretty especially sitting in the deck overlooking the small lake/pond. The mattresses could use an update, springy and extra firm.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Property felt safe, location was great. Was very quiet. So, maybe 8 out of 10. What we didn't like was the 1 tall kitchen bag we were given for a whole week stay for a group of 6 people. We also ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. You would think the amount of money paid would include a few more things but no. And, zero shampoo or body washes. So, we basically had to make a specific trip to store just for those items.

The unit was very nice and had everything you need to cook. Was nice and relaxing environment. Only issue was the communication of where to leave the keys and a parking issue. Otherwise a great place to stay

Our stay at this property was wonderful. We enjoyed the rooms and all the amenities offered, the pool, and the short walk to the beach and restaurants in the area.

Home away from home.

The whole process of booking, picking up the keys, stay, dropping off the keys was nice and easy the property is amazing, we could not have stayed in a better place for our family vacay.

Check in nightmare

We arrived in St.Augustine at 10:00pm on a Friday. We had to pick up the keys for the Condo at a drop box. We were given the keys for the wrong Condo. We walked in on a mother and daughter who were staying in the condo. Then we had to leave a message on the emergency number line. By the time we got our keys to the correct condo and unpacked our things we did not go to bed till 12:30. We were also informed that the air conditioning was not supposed to be below 75 degrees because according the paperwork that is what the average household puts there air conditioning at. It was very hot and it is proven that you sleep better when it’s cooler. The condo was very outdated and the master bed was very uncomfortable. The condo had plenty of space, clean, within walking distance to the beach. We would not stay there again because of the check in process, the air conditioning, and the hard mattress in the master.

Pleased with stay

We were really impressed with the condo, very spacious and nice. There were a few things we found when we got there on Thursday night. We called Friday morning and left a message and never received a return call. The shower caddy in master bath was broke and the front door and patio needed to be cleaned. Other than that everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again. Great location

Relaxing

This place had lots of space, was well stocked and was clean. With the exception of the balcony. It was disgusting top to bottom with mold/mildew. I reported the issue and they sent someone over to clean it right away. They did a decent job cleaning what they could reach on foot. The ceiling, over hang, etc were still very green and gross. Hopefully someone will spend some real time and effort on cleaning it. Everything else was perfect! we loved it!

Great condo.

This is a great condo, it just needs a few upgrades. The IKEA beds need at least a box spring and an egg crate to be reasonably comfortable. A better sofa would be appreciated, as well. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced weekend rental, this is your place.

Nice place - too many rules and rude

The unit was nice and the location was great. Unfortunately the check-in/out process was a hassle. Thankfully we reserved a private airport shuttle because we had to stop at the PM's office to get the key and drop off the key. I can't imagine a group shuttle would have done that. We received the check in process the day before our arrival so this could not have be changed. Upon check out we had to wash the towels? this seemed like a strange request when paying to stay in a home. We also had no idea with the dumpsters were at the complex to throw out extra trash. No toilet paper was provided or hand soap. So in order to go pee, then wash your hands, we had to stop at the store first. We requested a late checkout twice, once by phone another by email. Then we were accused of not notifying them and leaving our items in the unit. Great spot but if Florida vacation rentals is the property manager, don't go!

Great Beach Location

Great location for a Girl's Weekend at the beach. The top corner unit was clean, homey and spacious. Even though it is across the street from the beach, the unit was in a quiet and private gated community. We would book again!

The condo has definitely been used over the years and it shows. There were some minor issues upon getting there but the property management took care of it right away. It is an so-so rental for the price

There were a few things that made the condo not as good as it could be. The hall toilet did not flush when we got there. Mgmt immediately sent someone out to address it but our general feeling was that this should have been caught by the cleaning staff. There were sheets in the dryer There was a grease covered pan and lid in with the pots and pans. The back porch furniture is older and in need of replacing. The back porch itself needs a through cleaning. There is mold and dirt all over it The porch appears to be a wrap around in the photos but is not. The beds were very close to the ground so our elderly folks had a bit of a struggle getting in and out of them There were no kind of move out instructions other then the basics. Was very confused by what to do with the keys when we left. ( you take them back to the rental office and put them in the key drop box) I know it looks like a lot but some minor adjustments, the property could be very nice.

Shower Issues

Condo was clean and nicely appointed however the shower in the master bath did not drain rendering it unusable and the guest bathroom lighting was inadequate., the equivalent of a night light. We had to use our flashlight apps to shower. I left a message for the property manager and received no response but to be fair it was a Saturday and I don't think the office was open.

Was charged $35 extra for a pool key that I did not use or lose. That was the disappointing part of the trip as well as staying on the third floor.

Scammers

I feel very sorry for the property owner. We can clearly see he/she takes great care of the apartment. It is clean, well maintained, closed to the beach...just like the ad. Unfortunately his/her choice of a questionable company to administer the property spoiled our experience. First Choice FL Vacation Rentals, LLC lacked basic customer service and tact to resolve a simple situation. We spent 6 nights at the property (a lot of money if you multiply by the daily rate). Yet they chose to nickel and dime us and bill me for alleged missing pool passes. Even though I wrote the company informing that there was a confusion...that we were only given 4 passes, not the 6 they thought they did. The property manager basically called me a liar and stated her “right” to charge the fee as it is written in the contract. That’s fine...this family will find other places to spend our vacation weeks. I hope other families do the same. You’ve been warned...just do yourself a favor and pick another apartment in the same complex which is administered by another company. There are hundreds of options.
