Goditi una passeggiata di sabbia polverosa sulle dune per una bellissima alba sull'Atlantico! Così vicino alla spiaggia. Non è possibile camminare attraverso parcheggi affollati qui. Beach and Tennis ha una grande piscina scintillante e un ponte lastricato pulito. Molte sedie a sdraio, tavolo e ombrelloni sono in piscina per rilassarsi e divertirsi con gli amici e la famiglia! Ci sono due camere da letto e due bagni. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, TV e bagno privato completo. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale. The property was nice and the kitchen and other storage space had been reorganized since our last visit. We had a nice stay but were a little disappointed that one of the pools was closed and there was construction work going on. Otherwise it was a fun couple of weeks.

Nice condo in a great spot! Ground floor right by the pool and deck to the beach. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked, we had everything we needed plus.

Overall good

The condo was nice, guest bed was more comfortable than master. Master bathroom very small but worked, the guest shower had zero pressure and no clue why. Location had great accessibility to pools and beach. Overall condo was nice and roomy, but the curtain was half ripped out of wall and the dishes always came out dirty after washing wich was frustrating but they had plenty of dishes so it was never an issues. I would come back here

Needs rehab and fixing

I cannot recommend this unit to anyone. The unit needs a complete renovation, the furniture is stained, the floor tiles are coming up in the bathroom and are very dirty, the washing machine and air conditioning are not working. Kitchen is dark. It looks like the place has not been updated for decades. The master shower is tiny. The complex itself is nice if you can find another unit to rent. Ocean is in the backyard, 2 pools. Which are nice.

The place was clean and nice but every day something seemed to go wrong. The Washer, Dryer, Hot Water Heater, Leak. Something seemed to always be broken.

Beach Trip

The perfect place for a beach getaway. My daughter and I took my 7 month old granddaughter for her first visit to the beach, and this had everything we needed. It was close to the pool and boardwalk to the beach. We will stay again in the future.

This unit was in a good location. The grounds of the property were very nice. The unit is dated and in much need of a refresh. The musty smell was quite overwhelming. I even had to air out my luggage when I returned home. I would return to the complex, just not this unit.

Great location

Very well stocked unit, nice first floor location, well-appointed kitchen. No blender though. Beds were very comfortable! Pools were very nice. Overall, a great property.

Dirty, cluttered, and disorganized

The unit sorely needed needed deep cleaning. The closets and cupboards were disorganized and cluttered with way too much stuff. The kitchen appliances were “tired”. The indoor furnishings and decor were dirty, outdated and the there was filth under every piece of furniture.The patio furniture was so rusty that the chair legs were literally fall off. It was extremely dangerous. Both patio doors had no operating locks so the only way to secure them was with a wooden rod.

Fantastic Location

This was such an amazing place to stay. It was spacious, clean, and stocked with everything we would need for our beach stay. It was a very short walk from the pools and beach, and being on ground level, we were able to come from the beach, drop off our stuff on the patio and walk over to the pool. It's a short drive to everywhere. Highly recommend this place.

Angry, Uptight - full time tenants / Advertised as "vacation rentals"

We have two BnB's in Tucson and built beautiful cabin units in Tahoe - we have a good idea what to expect or not to. This in mind, Tahoe management has to perform for their heavy commission - cleaning, communication regarding problems or questions; an after hours telephone #. Units to be fully equipped, more than one pan and a knife that cuts or chops. It doesn't matter how many spoons or plates you have, but if you can't prepare or cook?, totally mute. This alone along with cleanliness, not just wiped down, or odor eaters, what management responsible for, or to budget owner with. When you go to a private home or a condo complex, you would hope other full time residents to know and expect additional traffic or unfamiliar faces. Completely advertised or stated at the gates and on the sign of the name of the complex "vacation rentals" ? This place has issues with people being more than rude, seemingly wishing vacation rentals not allowed in the HOA by laws ?!! Notes and tickets on car regarding where and how parked, or will be towed, parking pass placement, of which two are given - They were On the Dashboard?? Being continuously confronted by angry older people, with things they have no business asking about, weird ? Girlfriends sister came by several times through the week, she goes everywhere with her little 3# chihuahua dog, went to the beach with us, down town etc. Apparently that not ok either, or approved of ?, she also confronted... There are dogs all over the property, and big ones at that !!?? All said, I think you know whether we would recommend this property / complex or go back to one of these "vacation rental" condo complexes, that have nothing but angry people abound, NO, would not!! A hint/Tip to Sunshine Realty, what they are responsible, Not the "hammered " couches or coffee table, but rather the two partial rolls of TP in the two baths, put another in the vanity - each!!! The Tip is free..

Wonderful!

I love the convenience of this first floor property! I couldn’t have been any closer to the boardwalk and the beach. The condo was also so well stocked! We LOVED it!!

Nice comfortable Condo, in a great location

This condo is decorated really cute, it’s comfy and we felt very much at home! It’s a great location and the beach is just steps away and there are two very nice pools for swimming!! We will be coming back!!

Great Access to the beach

I stayed for a week at this property. It was nice during the pandemic to be a little outside of town (12 min)...and right on the beach! (You can't see the beach from the unit but it a 1 min walk down the boardwalk. The kitchen is equipped and lots of linens. There is a W/D which was nice for wet beach towels. The unit is a bit dated, but clean and property manager was responsive.
