“Was awakened at 1:30 in the morning to a high powered vacuum and the next unit. When opened to door to see people in the hallway, staff said they had a water line burst in that unit and they were sorry. Sorry doesn't help you go back to sleep. You would think they would've turned the water off at that unit, put stuff down, and wait til the morning to do that. The pillows already go flat the minute you touch them. Shower curtain won't stay closed because the rod is sagging. Shower valve wouldn't...

“Great hotel, great location. Customer service was great. Breakfast was good for the price. Great bar in the lobby the food was very good for dinner. Walking distance to great attractions.
Just be aware that the hotel offers complementary bikes, but they are not in conditions to be used flat tires and have rust and very dusty bikes. Mind you they have two good bikes in the front that they don’t allow you to use.”
