Goditi le tue vacanze in Florida nel nostro rifugio per famiglie sulla spiaggia di Saint Augustine Beach sull'Anastasia Island (Crescent Beach). C'è una duna che protegge il nostro condominio dall'oceano. Questo spazioso condominio con due camere da letto, due bagni e due camere da letto per quattro persone offre tutti i comfort per un soggiorno di qualsiasi durata. Nuovo letto king-size nella camera matrimoniale e due nuovi letti singoli (con materassi aggiornati) nella seconda camera, tre TV con oltre 70 canali, Netflix, cucina completa con lavatrice, piano cottura aggiornato, asciugatrice e lavastoviglie. Due divani letto e poltrona reclinabile in soggiorno.

Alcuni degli aggiornamenti dall'acquisto ad oggi includono la nuova cucina nel 2019, nuovi letti e asciugamani in tutto, due nuovi televisori, nuovo forno a microonde, vernice fresca e decorazioni. Belle piastrelle aggiunte in tutto e nuovi divani e poltrone reclinabili aggiunti di recente.

Il nostro condominio si trova a pochi passi da una bella piscina piastrellata e accesso privato alla spiaggia. I nostri bambini possono arrivare da una porta all'altra in poco più di due minuti, e la spiaggia è bellissima sabbia bianca, non conchiglia che fa male ai piedi.

Raccogli le conchiglie mentre passeggi lungo la spiaggia per un meraviglioso caffè sulla spiaggia, o se preferisci cucinare nella cucina ben arredata. E non dimenticare di visitare i tesori di St. Agostino, la città più antica del Nord America. Un sacco di famiglie e coppie da fare e divertirsi!

C'è molto qui per intrattenere i bambini, e solo un breve tragitto in auto da golf di classe mondiale e teatro IMAX al World Golf Village. Per il tuo divertimento la zona offre numerosi locali storici e divertenti, boutique e ristoranti tra cui il St. Augustine Lighthouse, Castillo de San Marco (antico forte spagnolo), Alligator Farm e favolosa St. George Street.

Idealmente situato a un'ora e mezza da Orlando e Cape Canaveral, e 45 minuti a sud di Jacksonville. Gita di un giorno a Disney World, Sea World o altre attrazioni di Orlando a una frazione del costo del soggiorno nei Parchi e i tuoi cari saranno entusiasti della spiaggia nel loro cortile!

Very fun vacay!

The location of the condo was great! We really loved the private access and proximity to the beach. The owner supplied boogie boards and chairs, which we greatly appreciated. The email we got from VRBO was a bit confusing at first due to the many codes that were listed, but we figured it out. And we were happy to have the codes since it made the property feel more safe and secure. Overall a great stay!

Perfect vacation!

We loved it! It was our first visit to St. Augustine and we will definitely be back. The condo was wonderful and had everything that we needed. Our days began with coffee on the patio, then a long beach walk on the absolutely stunning beach. A visit to the old city in St. Augustine is a must. We also really enjoyed the Alligator Farm and all of the places we ate dinner. Favorites would have to be Harry's and The Beachcomber. We look forward to our next stay at Quail Hollow. Great Vacation!

My family and I had a great time in St. Augustine and part of that is because of this VRBO. Owner communication was excellent. Condo was close to everything! Great pool and even better beach! Condo was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Everything we needed was available. We would definitely stay here again!

Won’t be disappointed !!!!!

Been coming to to this location for over 14 times , place is very convenient , private , safe place to go on vacation , been to other places through out Florida and we always say doesn’t compare to qual hollow atmosphere . Condo is close to beach short walk over the dunes . Will definitely return again Devin the owner is great

Great stay

Everything was as advertised! Excellent condo and space. Walk to the beach was a little more than expected, but not much more. If we go back to St. Augustine next year, would book this condo again!

Amazing condo!!

This was the PERFECT spot for me and my family! The condo was stocked with anything you may need, with just a short walk to the beach. It was very clean and inviting. We will absolutely stay here again next year!

Nice week at our favorite beach

We really enjoyed our stay! The listing was accurate. It's a bit of a walk to the beach (as described), but that isn't a problem when you can drive on the sand. The floors and kitchen could have been a little cleaner when we arrived, but overall it was a nice property at our favorite beach. The pool didn't look great when we arrived, but it was shut down one day for cleaning and we enjoyed it the rest of the week. The complex is nice, quiet, and very private. Would stay here again.

overall a verry nice stay, clean large condo and the price was about what you would pay for a motel on the beach. distance from beach was further than expected but property was better than expected for this price range. have to walk aprox quarter mile to beach through the condo complex... /large nice 2 bed condo with good amenities... good deal for the money

Great condo at a very affordable rate!

This was a wonderful condo for our family of four. We were close to the pool and the beach was a short 5 minute walk. We were spending about half of our time in St. Augustine and that was only a 20 min drive away. Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location for beach, pool, St Augustine and travel our other destinations.

Devin's well documented instructions for directions, code entry, parking space etc. were a great help, especially since we arrived much later then we planned. The condo was a welcome relief after many hours on the road. The beds were so inviting and comfortable. Our family of five had plenty of space and were pleased to have two full bathrooms to share. The new kitchen cupboards and counters were well appointed with everything we needed and easy to locate, including plastic storage and bags for leftovers while there. It was also great having the washer/dryer which we used frequently. My one suggestion for Devin is to put all instructions for appliances in a binder in the tall kitchen pantry cupboard where anyone (especially SHORT people) can see them. ☺️ We love the beach but, unfortunately a bit too windy the days we had on it. However, the pool was very enjoyable with plenty of lounge chairs etc. to relax in. It was great for a home base since we did travel to Cocoa Beach and Universal and still were back at the condo at the end of our day. The condo is well located between the parking space, the pool and the beach. It is very quiet and the grounds are full of flowering plants. We especially liked al the beautiful hibiscus blossoms. Our trip initially was only going to be three then up to six and ended up with five due to changes in schedules. Devin was very good about accommodating our changes. He even made an earlier offer for our arrival which was gracious of him. He kept in touch to be sure all was ok for our stay. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely plan to stay there again. Thank you Devin for sharing your condo!

Great St Augustine

This was our first visit to the Beach, we had visited St Augustine already, but this time was really enjoyable and we were able to visit many Historical sites and discover the town history and live. Our stay at the rental was OK, very nice beach though a bit cold for us, very wavy but still we had a very good time. We have other places to visit and discover on our next time visit.

Great if you want to disconnect from the world.

The unit was very comfortable. The only two issues I had were the fact that internet, even though we had the wifi info, was virtually non-existent. They second problem was how far we had to walk to get to the beach. When the description say private acces, it means after you walk up multiple steep steps and over a very long wooden peer looking thing.

WE HAD A GREAT TIME, THE BEACH WAS JUST A COUPLE MINUTE WALK FROM THE FRONT DOOR. THE CONDO WAS CLEAN, THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE. IT WAS GREAT HAVING A WASHER AND DRYER AVAILABLE. THE COMMUNITY POOL WAS WARM, CLEAN AND INVITING. DEVON WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND WAS ON TOP OF ANY COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US. WILL DEFINTELY BOOK WITH DEVON AGAIN. THANKS FOR ALLOWING US TO PLAN OUR VACATION WITH YOU.

We really enjoyed our stay . St Augustine is just amazing. Property is nice and very clean.. However kitchen needs a to be updated. Not too inviting. I just used the coffee machine and the toaster.it is clean but too rusty. Other than that and the need of new towels the property is nice for the price. Super comfortable!!

Unit is close to pool and provides all of the essentials. Cleaning needs improvement.

Love this condo and its proximity to the very lovely pool and a short hike (stairs and boardwalk over the dunes) to our favorite beach. Its very basic (no frills), and has ample square footage and everything you would need for a nice extended getaway (one assigned parking stall).The furniture is somewhat worn, but doable. The beds are comfortable (the fold out sofas are best for kids tho).The kitchen is well equipped, and there are plenty of towels and even beach chairs and toys. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean;however, the floors were quite dirty. I wore socks around, but was surprised the housekeeping let the vacuuming and mopping slide for so long. I washed all of the bed linens and towels before check out, so hopefully they will have time to get to the floors this time. We tried to keep the thermostat at 75; however, it kept getting cooler. A little chilly, but there were plenty of blankets provided. I would stay again. Thank you Devin.

We had to cut our vacation short because there was a leak in the bathroom upstairs. However Devin did work with us and since we liver 45 minutes away we decided to go home.

Quiet, Clean, Convenient

We really enjoyed our stay at Quail Hollow. It is a very quiet condo complex that appears to be mostly older residents. (I was surprised that we couldn't swim after dark, since my 11 year old loves the pool so that was a bummer) The beach access was quick and the beach itself was very quiet. I prefer this part to the coquina sand near the pier. It is super dark at the beach at night as there are really no lights like there are further up the beach. We didn't cook in the kitchen but used the fridge and laundry. Some things are a little worn and rusty, but it was clean, comfortable, and sufficient for our stay as we were mostly out at the beach on downtown. The beds were very comfortable and the tvs are nice. Our son enjoyed the wii and use of the boogie boards. The pool was very close to the condo and the patio was nice at night for feeling the ocean breeze. I would recommend this complex to anyone wanting a quiet place with low traffic.
