Grande condominio al piano terra sul lato spiaggia di A1A Beach Blvd. 1300 sf di spazio abitativo interno e oltre 600 sf di spazio patio. Master en-suite ha letto king size, camera da letto 2 letto matrimoniale, camera da letto 3 due gemelli e il soggiorno ha un divano letto. Ottimo per famiglie di tutte le età e sedia a rotelle accessibile al bagagliaio, con solo un piccolo passo nella doccia! Il sole del mattino lava attraverso il patio largo 30 piedi per iniziare ogni giorno. Soggiorno e master si aprono entrambi su questo patio. La camera matrimoniale si apre su un ulteriore patio più piccolo, perfetto per un caffè mattutino o un drink serale. L'unità è arredata con gusto e viene completamente fornita di tutto per rendere la vostra vacanza senza preoccupazioni. Assicurati di fare una passeggiata nel nuovissimo pool a zero ingressi sulla strada per l'Oceano. La comunità vanta anche una piscina riscaldata e un paesaggio lussureggiante. Avrai una breve passeggiata di 2 minuti in entrambe le piscine e un minuto in più sulla sabbia. Il gazebo che si affaccia sulla piscina principale e sull'oceano offre grandi opportunità fotografiche. La comunità è dotata di pozzi a ferro di cavallo, griglie per barbecue e numerose sedie a sdraio a bordo piscina. Hands down the greatest stay i had to date, lots of space ease of access to beach and shops including downtown by the fort. CJ our host was amazing always making sure everything was fine and was quick to answer our questions. You will not be dissapointed on such a great host. Cant wait to go back.

We absolutely loved this property. It is ideally located and is extremely close to the beach. The complex is very nice. The kitchen was the most fully stocked kitchen ever. Cooking a full Thanksgiving dinner there was a breeze. There was a pie dish, rolling pen, turkey baster and meat thermometer. The only thing that the kitchen didn’t come with was a chef! Communicating with the host was extremely easy. They were very responsive and extremely accommodating. The bedrooms were very nice and the mattresses were extremely comfortable. There were also very nice outdoor seating areas. Overall, the unit was very clean. The only area that need needs to be addressed is the cleanliness of the floor. A deep scrubbing is in order. Because I know the host are so responsive and want to make this a wonderful experience for us renters, I know they will address this. With this in mind, I have no problem giving this a 10 star rating.

This was the most well equipped rental we've ever stayed in and we've have stayed at a lot of places! We were two older couples, but this condo had everything a family with children would need as well. There was a lovely welcome basket for us, coffee pods, soaps and some paper goods.The appliances were great, lots of glassware and dishes.The complex was very nice with two pools and close access to the beach. Everything was as advertised. We would highly recommend this condo and will definitely stay here again!

This property was as listed and had a ton of extras that made a family trip to the beach ideal. All that you might need to spend day at the beach was available and easy to access. The location was great and was in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Beach sunrise and late afternoon swimming in the pool was awesome. Historic St. Augustine was just a short drive away and so much fun.

This condo kitchen was very well stocked. The refrigerator ice maker was working with ice avaliable when we arrived. The host provided additional amenities to welcome us and allowed use of their beach cart, beach chairs and boogie boards. They also provided a large basket of beach towels as well as enough dishwasher

Excellent condo! We love Ocean Villas condos, and have stayed in several different units over the years, and this unit was fantastic. It was handicap accessible, convenient to the parking lot with minimal walking, and included a shower chair! You could tell the owners took steps to ensure you had everything you needed - beach towels, a cooler and beach wagon, chairs, boogie boards and skim boards were waiting on the porch! Would definitely book this unit again!

Great place to stay!!

This was our 2nd summer vacation to St Augustine and this time we had more family and needed a bigger place and we found this condo. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was exactly what we needed for 4 adults and 3 young kids and we had plenty of room. The condo and the complex is very well kept. Both the pool and the beach are just a short walk away and while there is always people at the beach we never felt cramped since the beach is pretty wide and has plenty of room. Location is good in my opinion, I think the longest drive time we had to anything we did was 20 minutes. As far as the condo itself CJ and Kathy provide so much for your stay, honestly I think we could have left all of our beach stuff at home. Communication was great, the washer went out during our stay and they had a new one put in the very next day! Bottom line, if you are looking for a 3 bedroom condo on the beach in the St Augustine area I think you’d be very happy to stay here.

Great time at Ocean Villas

We had a great time at Ocean Villas with the family last week. The location is convenient to everything we enjoy doing around the St. Augustine and greater JAX area. The condo was the perfect setup for us to easily get to the beach, and gave us plenty of room to spread out when we wanted a break from the sun. The process getting in and checking out was super simple which helped provide an overall great experience!

Great location

Loved the comfort of the new mattresses , pull out bed in living room and loved the patios . The house has lots of items you can use while your there which is really nice. The neighbors were all nice and we all enjoyed our vacation very much. The host are wonderful.

St. Augustine

First time in St. Augustine and had a great stay at the property. Condo was clean and has everything that we need. The complex has 2 heated pools and direct beach access, and is only 10 minutes away from the historic downtown. Owners were great and very accommodating, and communication was flawless. They even took the time to write us a welcome note. We will definitely come back.

The hosts were the best EVER. Great communication, special little touches, extra items for the beach, close to 2 pools and beach. We hope to come back to this area - if so, we'll definitely stay here again!

Relaxing

What a wonderful relaxing place. We enjoyed this condo with our daughter, SIL and grands. We celebrated a “belated” Christmas and New Year’s with our family. The owners had a Christmas tree which assisted with the whole Christmas atmosphere. The rooms and condo were spacious. Having direct beach access was wonderful not to mention the amazing supply of beach toys and chairs for our use. The heated pool was very nice as well. The patio area was very nice to sit and watch kids play. Our dogs enjoyed the patio area as well. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The owners were so easy to get in touch with. This condo is quite convenient to downtown St Augustine and local restaurants. You won’t be disappointed!!

Wonderful experience

The unit was immaculate and the kitchen was very well equipped. It was a short walk to the beach, which was quiet and clean. Everybody enjoyed the heated pool! Beds were already made, ready to climb in! We slept blissfully! Towels were fluffy and there were extras availble by the washer and dryer. Highly recommend this rental!

The condo was everthing we needed for a wonderful family Thanksgiving. The complex was awesome, even got to swim in the nicely heated pool in the cooler weather. Can't say enough about the beautiful beach and views. Hope to return some day.

Outstanding Service!

This was the easiest stay at a VRBO ever. They gave me the information needed long before I was worried about it, called me in advance to check if I had any questions, and even offered us an earlier check in time since the house was ready. They made several visible upgrades to the home since I had booked it, making it a great deal. Fully stocked with spices, cooking supplies, and games you can EASILY stay just at the house and not go anywhere. But the home was an easy walk to see the sun rise over the ocean. It was a quick Uber to downtown to see the holiday lights. It was central to shopping, entertainment, and great food. The hosts were SO kind. The place is also spacious with lots of great outdoor space. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and communicative. I would definitely book here again.
