Spacious 3/2 poolside condo w/ beach access* 2 King beds* Comfortably sleeps 8!

The split floor plan is perfect for large families, couples traveling together or Girls Trips! Enjoy the serene beaches, relax by the pool or take a short drive to "The Oldest City" and see the sights

The condo is ground floor (no stairs) with easy access from the covered parking garage with plenty of free parking.

The master suite has a king bed, twin daybed and twin slide out trundle. En suite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub and separate shower stall. Enjoy a large walk-in closet with plenty of room to unpack. Roku TV

The second bedroom has a king bed, large closet and dresser and Roku TV.

Third bedroom has two twin beds.

Living area with Roku TV and sectional seating is open to a fully stocked kitchen, large bar/counter space and extra long table, perfect for dining, board games and puzzles.

One of two pools and shared community grill are steps from the condo. A second larger pool is just beyond the next building.

The beach is a 5-10 minute walk from the condo through the complex and across a private boardwalk leading through beautiful beach dunes. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and beach wagon provided. If you need easier access to the beach, just take your car! The vehicle beach access is just a half mile up the road.

We are dog-friendly, however, we have a maximum 45lb weight limit and some breeds may not be allowed by the HOA. We will need to know your dogs breed and weight prior to reserving.

Perfectly Accommodating!

From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect! We were welcomed with a personalized chalkboard greeting, a small but sweet touch! The condo is exactly as represented on the listing. There were 6 of us, three couples. The condo truly has everything you need for a beach trip. Plenty of kitchenware, beach toys and chairs, a beach cart, extra pillows, blankets and also lots of little things like hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap which came in handy those first days in an unfamiliar place. Grocery is about 3 minutes away. Walk to the beach takes about 8-10 minutes but is an easy walk through the lovely complex. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is well kept clean, spacious inside, comfortable beds. Convenient pool location right outside of the condo. Beach was easy 5-10 walk from condo.

Lots of space

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was super close and there is a nice courtyard area. The condo has almost everything you could need which was great. Wonderful communication from the host. We would stay here again.

St. Augustine birthday trip!

This place was great! Super clean and liked the layout. Rachel, our host, was extremely nice and responsive. Loved the personal touch with the Happy Birthday sign for my Mom upon entry! Other than no cable tv, this place was excellent. We did have Roku tv though and that was nice. Would definitely recommend it and consider returning!

Short spring break trip

This place is fantastic. It was super nice and clean. It has everything that you could need. Including chairs, towels, an umbrella, even a beach wagon. It’s a short walk to the beach, right by the pool. Great location near shops and restaurants. We were a party of 6 and had plenty of space. It was a great time and we’d def recommend anyone coming to St. Augustine.

Excellent condo experience

I’ve rented a lot of condos in the area over the years. This might be the most organized and thoughtfully stocked condo I’ve ever stayed in. It was perfect for our 4 night stay visiting family. Very clean and comfortable. The weather was cold and rainy during our stay, so we only walked to the beach a few times. The route to get to the beach takes probably 5-7 minutes, which might feel a bit long if you’re hauling a bunch of stuff. But I noticed the owner provided a beach wagon to make it easier to get towels and chairs and toys down to the beach. See? Very thoughtful! 5 stars. Will book again.

Perfect Stay

We loved staying here! We have stayed in many rentals and this was definitely one of the cleanest we've stayed in. Just a short 7-8 minute walk to the beach. We didn't use the pool due to the weather but it looked nice and was super close to the condo. Rachael was great to work with. She gave us recommendations of where to eat and things to do in the area. Very helpful! We would love to stay here again!

Great beach condo

My family had a great stay in St. Augustine. Our condo was beautiful and clean, comfortable beds and all the everyday things you need. It was a short drive to downtown/historic shops and sights. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Ground floor condo, close to beach

This ground floor condo unit had a well stocked kitchen, was located close to the pool/hot tub and also a short walk to the beach. It was perfect for our group ranging in ages from 18 months to 65yrs old. The pool was VERY close and yet because it was an end unit it also had privacy which was nice. The complex was very quiet, most of the time we were the only ones in the pool/hot tub. My only suggestion was the couch was very warn but being a rental, it didn't bother us much because we spent all our time outdoors. And this is strictly a preference thing but beds were too soft for our liking. That is strictly a preference tho, not necessarily a complaint. We would definitely all stay here again! The host was also very prompt in addressing any questions we had and even let us check in a few hours early because our flight was early and we were traveling with young children. We have stayed at several VRBO properties and no one has let us do that beforehand and not charged a ridiculous fee so we were very appreciative!

Wonderful condo and great management

We stayed at this property with our family over vacation in July. This is a very clean condo, in excellent proximity to the pool, and about an 8-10 minute walk to the beach. We had one tiny little issue during our stay but Rachael was super responsive and helpful! The complex is quiet and the parking garage for parking keeps your car out of the sun on hot Florida days! I would totally recommend this condo to others and plan to stay here again in the future!

Quick Family Getaway

Our family stayed for a long weekend, most of us for the first time in the St. Augustine area. We were so happy with this rental. We were a few feet from the pool which we loved. A short walk to the beach which was pleasant and the beach here is gorgeous. The rental had everything we needed and was put together well and with care. The check out process was also very easy. We’re planning on renting this condo again next year but for a longer trip!

The Perfect Place to Relax in Comfort

This condo was perfect for our Mother and Daughters trip allowing us to relax in comfort. It is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and bedding. The host, Rachael, has thought of everything you need to make you feel at home from a fully stocked kitchen to bedside phone charging stations to beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and ways to cart it easily to the beach. The outside patio is great for your morning coffee and hanging out. We enjoyed being close to the pool, especially in the afternoon when we needed a break from the sun on the beach. The host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Saint Augustine.

Honestly, the BEST

We stayed at the condo with our family (grandparents, parents and kids -8 people) and had the BEST of the time. Literally, everything was perfect. The kitchen is stocked with all of the random cooking things you may need. The umbrella, chairs, sand toys and cart make it very easy to bring everything with you to the beach and enjoy your time there!! It is a very short and fun walk to the beach, honestly super close. We LOVED that the pool and hot tub was right outside the condo. The beds were super comfortable and the condo was extremely clean. The host was amazing. She was very thorough and thoughtful with everything you need to get into the condo. She is extremely knowledgeable about restaurants and things to do in the area, which we took her advice on (and loved them all). The most disappointing part was having to leave and return home…it was so hard. Already planning our trip for next year. Thanks again!

Location is great!

Rachel was quick to respond to every question and even let us check in hours early. The house was clean and well stocked (even had a crockpot). The beach was a little bit of hike from the house but I sort of understand that all of the resorts and vacations stays are like that in this area. It’s a 2 min drive to anything you need and St.Augustine is only 7-8 min drive away. Would recommend and would stay here again when I visit!

The location was excellent! Close to everything you might need. Great area and several awesome restaurants. Check in was super easy. Rachel kept us informed and was great to deal with. The unit was clean and well stocked. Honestly, there isn’t anything negative I could say. Covered parking garage was great, especially during rainy weather. Overall a 5 for sure and would highly recommend.

Sibling Reunion

We rented this property as a reunion for 3 siblings, two sisters and a brother & wife. This property was exactly as described online. Rachel was extremely helpful and answered every question we had, lovely decor. As previous rental property owners, these owners have taken great care in having everything you need. Plenty of towels, kitchen equipment, games and the added beach cart & chairs made our trip to the beach super easy. Will definitely come back!
