  • Beautiful, welcoming ocean view 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor unit. King bed in master bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa. Three TVs, stainless steel kitchen appliances. Enjoy a cool drink on the patio which is located directly across from the swimming pool with an ocean view and beach access. Summerhouse has 4 Heated Pools, 4 Tennis Courts, 4 Racquetball Courts, 4 Pickle ball Courts, 4 Beach Walk-Overs, and Shuffle Board. There are 2 grilling areas and 2 playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. There is a small Book Library and a Fitness Room available during normal business hours.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall I loved our stay! We have been at Summerhouse now for over 25 years, we had a problem this year with little sand knats crawling all over our kitchen. I didn’t report it, but tried to spray some and wipe down everything every night... We still will be back, but maybe a different room.

Poor customer service!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately in all year renting here this was the first we experienced poor customer service. Multiple days without AC and had to repeatedly report since the staff never submitted tkts. Once asked for credit or refund they “claimed” it was our fault despite AC old unit kept shutting off and known construction next door and above unit. Not even an apology from manager and Joshua was no help and in fact could care less about repeat customers. Over 20 plus years renting here. Our group had over 10 units and several were not even cleaned prior. Ours was but full load of dishes in dishwasher so immediately we had to “work” and put back in cabinets upon arrival. The change in management staff is not positive. Renter beware. If you choose this place go through AirBnb or VRBO only! If not you will regret! Promise.
