  • Con una delle migliori viste sull'Ocean Village Club hai una vista perfetta della piscina sulla spiaggia e della vista sull'oceano tutto in uno. Ocean Village Club è un resort per famiglie con tutti i comfort che si possano desiderare.

    Dal momento in cui entri nel nostro condominio splendidamente decorato saprai di aver preso la decisione giusta. Il soggiorno offre un divano letto queen size e un divano ad angolo situato di fronte alla tua grande TV a schermo piatto. Quindi siediti e guarda il tuo gioco preferito o infila un film o musica nel lettore DVD e rilassati. Ricorda, sei in vacanza.

    Collegata alla zona giorno è la sala da pranzo, con un tavolo per 4 e un bar per la colazione con comodi sgabelli da bar. La cucina è completamente fornita e rinnovata. È dotato di forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè, pentole, stoviglie, utensili e qualsiasi altra cosa di cui possiate avere bisogno. Ti divertirai a cucinare un pasto meraviglioso per la famiglia o semplicemente far scoppiare qualcosa nel microonde.

    Il condominio è inoltre dotato di lavatrice e asciugatrice. Quindi non c'è bisogno di portare a casa quei vestiti da spiaggia bagnati e sabbiosi, lavali e asciugali prima di andare e poi non dovrai preoccuparti quando tornerai a casa.

    E mentre la zona giorno del nostro condominio è piacevole e ben arredata, sono le zone notte che contano di più in vacanza. Ecco perché ci assicuriamo di avere la notte di sonno più rilassante e confortevole possibile con letti lussuosi e comodi bagni.

    La master suite ha un grande letto king-size, lampade da lettura sul lato del letto e TV a schermo piatto. Decorata in bianco freddo e blu chiaro, questa camera ti farà tentare di dormire fino a tardi! La master suite ha anche il proprio bagno completo con cabina doccia. Vengono forniti tutti gli asciugamani, nonché lenzuola, coperte e cuscini.

    La seconda camera ha due letti singoli abbinati. È un ottimo posto per i bambini ed è comodo per il secondo bagno.

    Ocean Village Club è un resort sull'oceano con 2 piscine (1 riscaldata in inverno e l'altra - proprio fuori dal balcone con vista sull'oceano), campi da tennis, stazione di lavaggio auto e campi da shuffleboard, un centro fitness, area picnic coperta con barbecue, una biblioteca di prestito, un computer ospite e una grande sala eventi per feste speciali e riunioni. La club house ha anche Internet WIFI gratuito e comodi posti a sedere per sedersi e rilassarsi. Ocean Village Club ha anche un accesso privato alla spiaggia che si trova proprio accanto alla piscina sulla spiaggia.

Overall, the stay was great! The condo was located perfectly close to the pool and beach access. The condo itself was very clean and nicely decorated. There could be better lighting, especially at night, but overall our stay was great!

Loved the location

The condo was great and the location was perfect, close to the pool and beach. We spent our mornings and evenings on the balcony and a couple evenings watching some spectacular lightning shows.

Cleaning service disappointing.

Arrived Sunday, walked from parking area to unit. Removed shoes at door. Before going to bed our feet were black from dirty floor. Checked air filter. Also BLACK. Last change was April. We went to Winn Dixie and purchase a new air filter due to our grandchild staying with us. Sheets in master bed dirty with sand & dog hair. Had to wash/dry sheets before getting to bed. Smoke detector at front door hanging down off wall Pull chain light in washer/ dryer closet- bulb broken off/ exposed Very dangerous. Didn’t know if light was turned on or off to change bulb. Called Property management. Said would send maid to mop floor Monday 2:30 pm Maintance man Tuesday 8:30. Maid (2) arrived 1:15 minutes late on Monday. (Understandable) but, after vacuum & mopping floor, mop water was BLACK. I asked maid if she was the same who cleaned condo. Said, yes she cleaned Saturday and with us walking in / out that was why floor was dirt. I told her we had only stepped from our car to condo and told her to look at her mop water. She replied “Sorry”. I asked did she change sheets or just make up the beds. Stated they change sheets every time and didn’t know why or how sand and dog hair got in the beds Mold on shower curtain in master bath. Looks like hasn’t been cleaned or replaced in a few months. Wednesday morning started to eat breakfast and sugar ants were in our bread & sealed danish. Had just purchased both Tuesday afternoon at Publix. Maintenance man arrived Fixed light & smoke detector. Sprayed for ants in kitchen. He was very nice. We live in Florida and understand the ants and mold. It happens, but we feel the maid service needs to be checked into. Our sister lives at Ocean Village Club year round and we or she rents for us to visit each year. But this is the first time we have been disappointed with the cleanliness.

Perfect beach setting

This unit has everything you need to enjoy a St Augustine beach vacation. We loved the location, a water view peek from the patio and master bedroom, close to a pool and beach access. You can always hear the waves! Ocean Village Club is wonderful; well maintained, has everything you need and everyone is very friendly. The management team is great, they quickly responded to some small issues we had. It was hard to leave!

Great Location!

The property is within a quick, short walk to the beach. The unit was a bit dated. The rug is older in the living room and needs a good scrub or just a new one, all the linens were old including towels and washcloths, the vertical blinds had fallen and were laying in front of the 2 glass doors, the kitchen drawers were all mixed up with towels and utensils, so trying to find something was not easy. This unit could have been perfect with just some deep cleaning. I wouldn't stay again but the property management was great and quick to respond. Check in was a bit confusing as the property is gated and you have to pick up a packet with keys and such at a different location. We saw several people having a hard time getting through the gate the first time. Hope this helps.

Furniture and Communication

Because of no attachments email couldn't be open. We have rented this unit for several years and nothing has changed: therefore no longer needs to say upgraded. Living room blinds have about 1/3 of the slats missing. No privacy at night. We enjoy staying at OVC and hope an email solution is found and furnishings are checked more often.

St Augustine Beach, Ocean Village Club

Loved our stay! OVC community is in a wonderful location, and unit O-25 offered a view and easy access to the glorious beach! We lucked out with amazing weather for our whole 3 weeks. The unit has all the essentials. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped (slow cooker was a fun surprise!). Basic beach equipment was a bonus. We enjoyed St. Augustine’s Nights of Lights, NYE fireworks on the beach, several state parks and nature walks. We did both cooking at home and enjoyed some delicious local restaurants. Everything met and exceeded our expectations for our first visit to St Augustine. Our only constructive feedback: Towels are a bit worn, it would be great for owners to update them.

Day before we left went to office to get additional washing machine "pods" as one had been used to wash the sheets that should have been clean in the first place, and they refused to give us one! Would recommend the property, not so much Vacation rentals Beach Properties!

The 80's is calling... renovation overdue!

Reviewer Comments: While the beach location is great the unit we stayed in was tired and filthy. The bathrooms were outdated, luckily we brought our own beach/patio chairs cause what was there was too dirty to use, there was a strong musty smell in the unit which never really cleared, and there were literally no basic supplies. Dishes, glasses, appliances, bedding are all very tired. The first day we arrived the TV, internet and phone didn't work and it took another day to get it going because we were given the wrong contact person. The Manager did react quickly on the TV/internet once we finally connected. The phone never did work. This was a great complex when it was built in the 80s but its now tired. North Florida and our pool was cold water ??....Not sure how the complex got an award in 2014 for property management.. front door needs painted, railings throughout complex peeling paint. Don't waste your time until this place gets a much needed renovation.

What a blessing to be there while going through the pains of house renovations. Having the ocean so close, and the pool was perfect for our 2 year old. Having fast internet was great for my husband to work. The condo had everything we possibly needed, beach toys, an equipped kitchen, 2 TV’s, and plenty of linens. The management company was always so helpful when we needed help with anything. We will definitely recommend this unit to our friends and family when they want to visit.
