Unità di visualizzazione della laguna ristrutturata! Ocean Villas # 105 si trova al terzo piano con ascensore, con vista sulla bellissima piscina riscaldata a laguna. Questo 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni, condominio al 3 ° piano offre il luogo ideale per i vacanzieri per rilassarsi nel pomeriggio dopo una lunga giornata in spiaggia o in piscina. L'unità ha tutti i nuovi pavimenti in legno aspetto, bella cucina aggiornato con ripiani in superficie solida e elettrodomestici inox. Il soggiorno ha un divano, due sedie e tv a schermo piatto. Termina la giornata nella camera da letto principale sul letto king size e il bagno principale aggiornato con doccia. C'è un letto matrimoniale nella seconda camera da letto e letti a castello a grandezza naturale nella terza camera da letto che permetterà ad un massimo di 8 persone di dormire comodamente. Family Time

Absolutely impressed with the condo. It was as nice in person as pictured online. Definitely the cleanest condo we have stayed in. The area is nice and quiet. Pool areas nicely maintained.

The condo was recently renovated and looked out over the pool (and parking lot on front side). We had poor weather to start week but that is uncontrolled. Biggest issue was the outside repairs being made that made everything dusty and noisy most of the time we were outside. We were notified by email that these repairs would be made after booking and list deposit period had passed. A good landlord would issue some level of refund because of this.

Great stay on the beach!

Loved the condo! Easy access to the beach and wonderful pool on property! Clean, affordable and mer our expectations. I would recommend replacing the bunk beds since they are aged and doesn’t really fit the room. Other than that, great stay!

Great updated condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very well kept. All updated and the showers were great! . A few minor things ... The bunk bed room had no mirror and could Also use a portable fan as it was hotter since No ceiling fan . Shower curtain was ripped alot in masterbath, so we changed it. Mattress pads on bunk beds were stained . The pools were wonderful as well . Condo was not too far a walk from beach and that beach was fantastic !

Beautifully decorated and updates!!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was beautifully updated and decorated. Maybe our own stupidity .... we had no idea where the washer and dryer were until we asked around. Also, probably due to my own stupidity, I thought it faced the beach and pool not just the pool. There was plenty of everything except wash cloths (only 4) but we ran to Walmart and bought more.

Newly updated 3rd floor condo

Great condo overall! Pros: everything is new, I mean everything- which was nice. I had to change out bed pillows because the ones on the bed were flat in the master bedroom, but was no big deal. The overall complex is going through updates here and there, so there is only 1 outdoor pool to use at this time. Cons: it's a 3rd floor condo, didn't find the elevator until our 2nd day there so we carried a weeks worth of luggage up the stairs initially, but hindsight is always there :). The living room sofa is not at all comfortable for lounging! The master bedroom rug is aesthetically pleasing, but I recommend slippers as its extremely uncomfortable on bare feet. I would also recommend bringing your own washcloths or shower poofs, there were only 2 available on our arrival so we had to go purchase more. The kitchen lacks bakeware, so if you plan to bake- bring your own or purchase on arrival. These are minor things, nothing huge obviously- overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo and would definitely stay again if we were to ever return!

Great location and updated condo

We were very pleased overall. Access to the beach was easy, and the condo was clean and recently updated. The only issue was the heated pool was borderline hot. Not exactly refreshing. Also, the second pool was out-of-order, with no appearance of anything being done about it in this decade. The condo association needs to get on the ball there. It significantly detracts from the value of the property, as well as the value of a rental stay.
