Oceanhouse 2 Bedroom Flat Summerhouse Unit 404
Fronte oceano 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni. È arredata con un re nella camera da letto principale, la regina nella camera degli ospiti e un divano letto nel soggiorno. Ci sono tre TV a schermo piatto di cui una smart TV da 55 'e un DVR. Pavimenti in piastrelle nelle zone giorno per una più facile pulizia dalla sabbia della spiaggia e moquette nelle camere da letto. C'è una griglia a carbone in modo che i nostri ospiti possano divertirsi alla griglia nella propria unità. Cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie e keurig. L'unità ha una lavatrice / asciugatrice e un proprio accesso a Internet per salvare il telefono sui dati.

We love staying at the Summer House. We have been staying there on out vacations for about 5 years now. We stay there 2 times a year. We get the ocean front condos. It’s so relaxing and peaceful. Everyone is go nice and friendly.

Great rental. Very convenient to the beach and pool areas. The tv remotes were not easy to figure out and use. Everything else worked out great. Will definitely go back again next year. Great places to eat near by. A great place to take a family especially with children.

We spent September at Summerhouse. The weather was a bit rainy but that’s to be expected in September. The Summerhouse staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. This was our second time at Summerhouse. We stayed in 2 different units and the only complaint that I have(and it’s unusual that only have 1 complaint) is that neither unit was as clean as they should have been when we arrived. Whoever is in charge of cleaning the units needs to make some changes. But over all we like Summerhouse so well that we have reserved a unit(different from the 2 that we have stayed in) for 2 more times next year.

Summerhouse Condos are always our 1st choice for a wonderful beach vacation. The condo we stayed in this time (404)had lots of good things about it but needs a good thorough reorganization. Too much "stuff" left in drawers in kitchen. And not as clean as usual. I had to clean the patio door glass so we could see out it was so dirty. Furnace area very dusty. Living room chairs appeared to be older and in need of a clean up. Just things I usually dont expect staying at Summerhouse.

Great location and great weather. Water was perfect for the grand kids. Unit 404 needs to fix the sliding door, as it was really difficult to move - and fix the lighting in the kitchen. Otherwise, both units were nice (preferred 401).

Here's my list for Unit 404, someone needs to remind the owner that $2k a week ought to buy one better than this: light bulbs burned out, one lamp broken, knob off vanity, TV in bedroom only received 1 channel, back slider almost impossible to open, two broken patio chairs, grass hadn't been cut in two weeks. When I complained management said that I should have reported these deficiencies upon arrival so I assume that Summerhouse's QA program belongs in the hands of the renters. What does housekeeping do when they clean the place, do they check anything. My family has been coming to Summerhouse for 32 years, YES 32 YEARS. In the last 5 years the place has deteriorated remarkably. Not a good place to stay and the management (not front desk staff) are excuse me, bitchy.
