  • L'unità 256 è una casa a schiera di fronte all'oceano con 2 camere da letto e 2. 5 bagni. Questo condominio è stato appena aggiornato con nuovi pavimenti in assi di legno in vinile, nuove finestre, nuovi rivestimenti per finestre ed è appena stato dipinto. La vista di Crescent Beach dal balcone o attraverso le nuovissime finestre è bellissima! La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con un nuovo materasso. Ha anche una nuovissima Smart TV in modo da poter utilizzare il tuo account Netflix per guardare i tuoi film. Ci sono due nuovissimi letti gemelli nella camera degli ospiti con un lettore TV / DVD. Immagina di essere seduto sul divano a guardare uno spettacolo sulla nuova smart TV da 45 "con cavo HD, mentre ti godi la vista sulla spiaggia. C'è anche un lettore DVD per questo televisore. Per rendere il vostro soggiorno più rilassante, la cucina è ben attrezzata e c'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice in questa unità. WI-FI è disponibile. Il tuo soggiorno qui sarà così rilassante che non vorrai più andartene. A Summerhouse abbiamo 4 piscine a temperatura controllata tra cui scegliere sulla proprietà che lo rende comodo per nuotare tutto l'anno! Ci sono anche quattro campi da tennis, due campi da squash e un campo da pickleball. Abbiamo due aree per grigliate e due campi da gioco per i bambini situati alle estremità della proprietà. La nostra area comune intorno alle piscine è ricoperta da una lussureggiante erba ben tenuta con una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia. La nostra unità di noleggio ha uno staff amichevole di front office e manutenzione in loco per aiutare a risolvere rapidamente qualsiasi problema qualora dovesse insorgere. Abbiamo una piccola biblioteca e una palestra disponibili durante il normale orario di lavoro per la vostra convenienza.

Very Happy with this unit

I am happy to say that all those items were addressed and a couple of improvements were made beyond that.

Thankfully, summerhouse has 4 pools to choose from, a quick drive in either direction to get food, shopping. Great sunrises at summerhouse..quiet and serene!Bella in the office went above and beyond, answering calls and emails. One caveat, the new gates were a hassle..the plate reader would often not read our plate..had to be let in..felt like we better not leave after 5pm when the office closed. Next time will purchase the hanging tag, upon its return you are refunded.

It has broken slats and was extremely difficult to open. The outlet on the balcony has exposed wires. The shower door leaks at the bottom. I suggest a squeegee to keep the floor dry. The illuminated beach art is beautiful in the primary bedroom however, I prefer a dark bedroom. Thank you!

Great for the Price

Our only real complaint if you can call it that is the kitchen cabinets are so cluttered there was zero space for the groceries my friend bought. So they were on the counter leaving no work space for cooking. The big plastic cups in the cabinet were moldy. Get rid of all those and there would be a little space. Just way too many unnecessary dishes. The decor is dated if you’re into that stuff. We didn’t really care. The place was clean and accommodated my family. It’s also right on the beach with amazing view from the living room and master bedroom. The blinds in the guest bedroom are broken, and the teen we had staying in that room had to rig a blanket over the window. Unfortunately, they didn’t tell us until the last day they’d had to do that. I would however stay again. Like I said I don’t have any real complaints but some suggestions minus the blinds. Also, if you have a second car good luck finding open guest parking.

Pool was great and close and unit was well equipped, comfy beds. Outside steps to this unit and once there, another stairway to bedrooms. Balcony from living room with chairs. We asked for early check in and office was accommodating and helpful with dining suggestions. Overall a great place for the price
