  • Entrando al secondo piano in questo bellissimo fronte oceano 2 camere da letto 2. 5 bagni si ha una vista perfetta sull'oceano Atlantico dal tuo soggiorno e camera matrimoniale. Al piano inferiore si trova un bagno. È arredata con un re nella suite principale e una regina nella camera degli ospiti. Condominio perfetto per le coppie. Ci sono tre TV da 55 'in questa unità con DVR. Cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie e keurig. L'unità ha una lavatrice / asciugatrice e un proprio accesso a Internet per salvare il telefono sui dati. Doccia rinnovata di recente in bagno padronale.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The balcony overlooking the beach was the highlight of our stay here. We saw great sunrises, moonrises, dolphins and a tortoise. The interior however was a bit tired. Kitchen needs a thorough cleaning and cabinet reorganization. Some dodgy wiring was a concern.

For us it's a matter of comfort and location. Location. Gets a 10,comfort gets a 7. A good night's sleep is the most important thing for us after a day on the beach. Unfortunately the mattresses have seen better days.

My only complaint is the lack of baking/cookies pans in the kitchen (no cookie sheets, casserole dishes, measuring cups, etc....basically nothing for oven cooking). Other than that, 406 is wonderful! The beds were very comfortable,and the condo was clean and inviting. We will definitely be back next year!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Summerhouse for 4-5 years now generally for the month of Marsh. This Oceanfront townhouse is our favorite. It is nicely furnished. The appliances are what you would expect in your own home relatively new we believe and in excellent condition. In this condo you are looking direct at the Atlantic and a very short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on east shoreline of Florida. Here, you are accessible to either St. Augustine, Palm Coast, and Daytona Beach. The only thing disappointing is that we are unable to get it for 2022.
