Oceanfront 3 camere da letto completamente arredate a Crescent Beach Summerhouse 166

Recentemente ristrutturato tre camere da letto, due bagni con vista sull'oceano appartamento è un'unità d'angolo. Facile e facile per chi ha difficoltà a camminare. Questa unità può ospitare 8 persone con un letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale, una regina nella camera degli ospiti centrale, due gemelli nella seconda camera degli ospiti e un divano letto nel soggiorno. ci sono tre televisori e due lettori DVD. Pavimenti in piastrelle in tutto. Griglia a carbone all'esterno per la comodità di poter grigliare sull'unità. A Summerhouse abbiamo 4 piscine a temperatura controllata tra cui scegliere sulla proprietà che lo rende comodo per nuotare tutto l'anno! Ci sono anche quattro campi da tennis, due campi da squash e un campo da pickleball. Abbiamo due aree per grigliate e due campi da gioco per i bambini situati alle estremità della proprietà. La nostra area comune intorno alle piscine è ricoperta da una lussureggiante erba ben tenuta con una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia. La nostra unità di noleggio ha uno staff amichevole di front office e manutenzione in loco per aiutare a risolvere rapidamente qualsiasi problema qualora dovesse insorgere. Abbiamo una piccola biblioteca e una palestra disponibili durante il normale orario di lavoro per la vostra convenienza.

On our first day there was a dog in the unit above us that barked and barked until the owner came in from the beach to get him.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Summerhouse for about 40 years, on and off, so we have a good platform to rate this unit. It was a lovely unit - except for the mattresses and the living room furniture. The mattresses in two of the bedrooms were unlike anything I have ever seen soft you could not get out of them without help. I think someone put a pillow top on to try to cover up a bad mattress. The living room furniture looks good in the photo, but both the sofa and the loveseat have very little cushioning...on the sofa you can actually feel the hard metal support underneath. This unit would be really good if it were not for these two very important issues. Like it is, the unit was not worth the money we paid for it.

Has to be more organized with some system to let the office know when rentals are available and those people can go ahead and check in. In the past, we have been able to get in earlier and the office staff was very accommodating. Something needs to be changed by next year to make this a smoother process.

The only negative thing was initially when running the water a horrible rotten egg smell filled the whole place up. After the hot water was ran for awhile and time passed, the next day it was just fine. It was a beautiful vacation and we love staying at Summerhouse. This unit had everything we needed and we will stay here again.

Unit 166 was one of the most beautiful and well equipped units we have ever stayed in. We were disappointed that the dishwasher wasn’t working for most of our trip and that it took three days to get it fixed. Especially after being told it hadn't worked properly in eight months. For what we paid we shouldn’t have to worry about doing dishes on vacation. Other than that it was perfect.

Annual vaca with extended family

The only issue i have is that the beds are really not comfortable, even in the master, although it's better than the others. Paying $2500 rent for a week, i really think they need to do better. Small guest bath to accommodate 2 bedrooms. Removing the shower/toilet room door would help. Queensize bedroom small with furnishings packed in there; no window. Kitchen well equipped. Love the dining area. More area rugs would be nice. Plenty of towels on hand. Beautiful countertops with new appliances. Overall a nice stay.

Although there were no apparent grains of sand or dirt, the entire floor had not been mopped in I don't know how long. Also saw waterbed roaches all over the flat. We loved the location and the beach, but this property needs a deep cleaning and spraying for bugs/

Very close to the beach and easy to get to We had a few surprises in the kitchen regarding cleanliness. Overall most things were clean but we found a very dirty knife & very dirty spatula And a bowl in the cabinet With water as well as seeing a Live roach under the kitchen Cabinet. Also we noticed many cobwebs under the TV cabinet in LR. The attention to these details were surprising as the unit was overall pleasant. The master bedroom window lock is broken which presents a security issue
