Escape to paradise at Ocean Villas #126, a newly updated 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom third floor condo with incredible views. The spacious private balcony is ideal for morning coffee, meals, and an evening glass of wine, all while soaking in the Florida sun and salty air. The king suite features direct access to the balcony and all bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with soft white linens. The fully stocked kitchen is sure to have everything you need to make your favorite foods and drinks. Just a quick walk from your unit you will find the boardwalk that winds around the pool and the sidewalk that leads to the second pool, beach gazebo, and boardwalk beach access, which is less than 200 steps away.

You might even spot a Pirate or Spanish Conquistador in period attire! Breathe in the warm, salty air as you enjoy a romantic walk along the waterfront as the sun sets, casting its final rays on the sparkling water, the drifting boats, and the picturesque Bridge of Lions. But don’t forget to make good use of the night by experiencing the Ghost train or Haunted House tour. Enjoy the endless variety of restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, art galleries and bookstores.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.

No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.

The property was extremely clean and truly felt like the hosts had thought of everything. It was comfortable, well-stocked, and very easy to enjoy from the moment we arrived. Great communication and a smooth experience all around. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
