  • L'Unità 219 è un appartamento con vista sull'oceano, con 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni. Completamente rinnovato con aggiornamenti dappertutto. L'oceano Atlantico mozzafiato e la piscina riscaldata sono a pochi passi. Nuovissimo maestro king-size con ampia camera da letto privata, bagno privato per gli ospiti e bagno con due letti singoli e un divano letto queen size. Nuova sala da pranzo e cucina completamente attrezzata con ripiani in granito. Il condominio può ospitare comodamente fino a sei. Adatto a bambini e neonati con Pack'n Play, seggiolone e seggiolone. Nuova piastrella decoratore in tutte le stanze. Le pareti color verde acqua e l'arredamento della spiaggia rendono questa unità una destinazione di vacanza incredibile. Sono inclusi tre televisori con canali ad alta definizione, DVD e connessione internet gratuita. A Summerhouse abbiamo 4 piscine a temperatura controllata tra cui scegliere sulla proprietà che lo rende comodo per nuotare tutto l'anno! Ci sono anche quattro campi da tennis, due campi da squash e un campo da pickleball. Abbiamo due aree per grigliate e due campi da gioco per i bambini situati alle estremità della proprietà. La nostra area comune intorno alle piscine è ricoperta da una lussureggiante erba ben tenuta con una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia. La nostra unità di noleggio ha uno staff amichevole di front office e manutenzione in loco per aiutare a risolvere rapidamente qualsiasi problema qualora dovesse insorgere. Abbiamo una piccola biblioteca e una palestra disponibili durante il normale orario di lavoro per la vostra convenienza.

2024 Summerhouse

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, staff and maintenance of the property. The only issue we had was the quality of the living room furniture. The couch and love seat are both worn out and the only other seats in the living room are 2 wicker chairs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our families (at least 50 people) had a great week. Only criticism I have is that we were not told how to re-enter the property from the road or the beach. I did not get "the tag". Pulling up to gate, before 5:00 when office is closed, then having to jump out of the car and ask someone in the office for assistance was very clumsy. One other word of advice for future guests, be prepared for the sand fleas!!! Overall, thank you Summerhouse. See you next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 27th year at Summerhouse was another great week! Our unit was great - nicely decorated and well stocked. We arrived late - couldn’t get the lock box to work but Tyler was there in a jiffy to let us in. He also came back to help these grandparents figure out the TV remotes. 0ur unit was just a few steps to the pool and a few more to the beach. The beach was quiet - not too crowded. It’s convenient to drive in to St. George St. downtown St. Augustine. Lots to do if you want. Peaceful time on the beach if that’s your choice. You can’t beat it!!

Close to pool and beach with nice furnishings. Our grandkids grew up at Summerhouse and come back from their jobs and college to join us. A great place in the summer, Labor Day and after Christmas!

2022 Summerhouse

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family returned yesterday from another year of warm family memories at Summerhouse. We first started going to Summerhouse over 40 years ago when there was just a Phase 1. We love that the condo is located next to Matanzas Park, so the beach is not so 'traveled'. We found the staff this year was friendlier than ever. We even had the pleasure of concerts from a nice young man in the condo next door. He was so polite, had a wonderful voice, and charmed us with his singing. Look forward to spending many future summer vacations there.

Front Office Staff is THE WORST

Reviewer Comments: My extended family (14+ condos rented) has been spending Memorial Day weekend at Summerhouse for over FORTY years and this year has been the worst due to front office staff. Family members have been lied to repeatedly. They are aggressive and rude. New rules regarding parking are ridiculous! Despite the property being beautiful, we are looking for a new property next year.

Padgett Summer 2020

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Need nightlights in unit and a railing between dining and sunken living room. I fell the first night and had to return home Sunday to seek medical care for a sprained right knee. I am in a knee immobilizer for up to six weeks. Was not able to return to unit. Due to the COVID scare I had to wash the two twin spreads to use on the sofa for my two grandchildren as there were no sheets until I requested them on Sunday. Appreciate the prompt repairs to the dryer and AC (twice). Trust the extra COVID fee covers washing the spreads between rentals as well as additional sanitizing measures. Hoping the owners of 166 have a change of heart as we rented their unit many years and always took excellent care of it.
