- L'unità Summerhouse n. 431 è un appartamento al piano terra completamente ristrutturato, splendidamente arredato, 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni con vista diretta sull'oceano e sulla piscina. È dotato di una cucina completamente attrezzata con ripiani in granito e le comodità che ti aspetteresti a casa. Piastrelle in legno di porcellana in tutto. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e un bagno di grandi dimensioni con una bella cabina doccia piastrellata con doccia a pioggia e spray standard. La camera degli ospiti dispone di due letti singoli e un bagno per gli ospiti allegro. Il divano letto del soggiorno può ospitare comodamente altri due ospiti su un materasso in schiuma gel. TV a schermo piatto sia nel soggiorno che nella camera da letto principale con servizio via cavo e servizio internet ad alta velocità. Pack "n Gioca nell'armadio della camera degli ospiti. Ottimo posto per rilassarsi e divertirsi al sole! Solo affitti settimanali e mensili. Vietato fumare. Sono vietati gli animali domestici.

I have stayed at Summerhouse for over 25 years. The beach never disappoints. Summerhouse is a wonderful place for meeting friends and family. This year a lot of construction was going on and lol forward to the renovations. My owners have a wonderful condo and very comfortable.

We have a FULL family vacation at Summer House every July for 20+ years now! We have been in this condo unit for 8 years and don’t plan to change location! We recommend it highly except for the rug in the kitchen! It is a trip hazard and we take it up for the week!

Excellent pickleball group...courts need repairs due to cracks an dead spots. Our unit was very nice. Many units need upgrades or you should lower rates until owners do upgrades

We have been going to Summerhouse for over 15 years and this year was a great time for my family. The only issue was the new damage insurance and parking fees. I understand there may be issues but wh4en you have a rental that has been coming for over 15 years I feel we have proven ourselves to be good tenants!!!

I have been coming to summer house ever since I was a little kid and now I am bringing my kids here. I like that everything is close. You can go just out the back door and there is the pool and a little farther is the beach. You are close enough where you don’t have to lug a huge bag or wagon or whatever for everything you can just go back and forth. Which is very convenient when you have kids. The condo was very nice. It was upgraded and had everything we needed.
