  • Casa a schiera con vista sull'oceano diretta splendidamente ristrutturata che può ospitare 6 persone. Vista sull'oceano dal soggiorno, balcone e camera matrimoniale. Vista intracoastal dalla seconda camera da letto. L'unità è decorata a tema spiaggia e completamente arredata con tutto il necessario durante il vostro soggiorno. I servizi includono una cucina completamente attrezzata, accesso internet wireless, lavatrice e asciugatrice in-unit, 3 TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD / Blu Ray e un sistema di gioco Wii per intrattenere i bambini dopo una lunga giornata di divertimento al sole! Abbiamo anche sedie a sdraio, un ombrellone e giochi di sabbia da utilizzare durante il vostro soggiorno.

    A Summerhouse abbiamo 4 piscine a temperatura controllata tra cui scegliere sulla proprietà che lo rende comodo per nuotare tutto l'anno! Ci sono anche quattro campi da tennis, due campi da squash e un campo da pickleball. Abbiamo due aree per grigliate e due campi da gioco per i bambini situati alle estremità della proprietà. La nostra area comune intorno alle piscine è ricoperta da una lussureggiante erba ben tenuta con una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia. La nostra unità di noleggio ha uno staff amichevole di front office e manutenzione in loco per aiutare a risolvere rapidamente qualsiasi problema qualora dovesse insorgere. Abbiamo una piccola biblioteca e una palestra disponibili durante il normale orario di lavoro per la vostra convenienza.

SUMMERHOUSE 130 AT CRESCENT BEACH

Everything was perfect. The location near Matanzas Inlet @ Crescent Beach was fantastic for beach combing, fishing and cycling. The resort was beautiful and extremely well kept. Its beach access and pools were very convenient. Condo 130 was very clean, the decor was very welcoming and beautiful, the furniture was very comfortable, the kitchen was well furnished and the view from the unit & balcony was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again,

Our unit was not ready on time and we were placed in another very dirty, cluttered, and outdated also did not provide enough sleeping areas for our family.We spent far too much time cleaning and moving to consider this a real vacation. I would not suggest traveling here at this time.

Thanks to a rouge tornado this place was entirely remodeled a few years ago. All decor , flooring, kitchen, 3 baths are new and beautifully appointed. It is so clean and comfortable. Walking the beach for miles near the quiet end of the Island, swimming in the ocean or heated pool was so relaxing. You have to be comfortable with stairs. Not handicapped accessible if needed.

I actually forgot something and called when I got home. The staff was very kind and helpful. They found my item quickly and called me back. The location is perfect. Close to the inlet. You can walk there. The beach is pristine. People are regulars and the ones who live there are very kind to travelers. Kid friendly. Great pools. Beach access is close to all condos.

Very clean and fresh

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our 4 kids. Everything was clean and fresh. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was a perfect size for our family. My kids especially loved the pool, I just wish we realized the pool closest to our condo wasn't heated bc it was broken. Last few days we went a little further to one of the other pools on the property and I couldn't get the kids to get out of the pool. I also loved all the beach house decor, I could tell much thought was put into it.
