  • Entrando al secondo piano questa casa a schiera con due camere da letto e 2 bagni con vista sull'oceano ha una vista meravigliosa dal balcone dell'oceano. Al piano inferiore si trova un bagno. È arredata con un letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale, due letti singoli nella camera degli ospiti e un divano letto nel soggiorno. Ci sono due televisori e un lettore DVD. Pavimenti in piastrelle che lo rendono fresco per l'estate e facile da pulire dalla sabbia. L'unità ha una lavatrice / asciugatrice e un proprio accesso a Internet per salvare il telefono sui dati. A Summerhouse abbiamo 4 piscine a temperatura controllata tra cui scegliere sulla proprietà che lo rende comodo per nuotare tutto l'anno! Ci sono anche quattro campi da tennis, due campi da squash e un campo da pickleball. Abbiamo due aree per grigliate e due campi da gioco per i bambini situati alle estremità della proprietà. La nostra area comune intorno alle piscine è ricoperta da una lussureggiante erba ben tenuta con una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia. La nostra unità di noleggio ha uno staff amichevole di front office e manutenzione in loco per aiutare a risolvere rapidamente qualsiasi problema qualora dovesse insorgere. Abbiamo una piccola biblioteca e una palestra disponibili durante il normale orario di lavoro per la vostra convenienza.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally happy with this experience and look forward to returning next year to the same 330 rental. However, while a number 0f things were fixed right away, anumber of problems were not fixed: ice maker broken;furniture needs update; front door leaks air ; deck was only partially updated; one burner on stove doessn't work and the other thre were slanted which made cooking difficult.

Lovely stay

The location is beautiful but the condo needs some updating. The front door has gaps around it and the wind whistles very loudly through it. The couch needs Febreze….smells like sweat. Mildew in the shower seems out of control even if cleaned every day. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a nice time staying at summerhouse..The grounds are kept nicely..the pool was clean and cared for..The price is on the high side so you expect the property to be nice and it was..The room (SH330) was moderately equipped.The icemaker doesn't work,the main TV is only about 37".small bedroom Tv in main BR and none in 2nd movie channels just basic had a thick heavy winter bedspread in summertime??..shower had a little mold between tiles which I didn't expect with such a high cleaning grills in a townhouse unit..Overall the unit was OK but for the $$ i thought could be better..property on the most southern end of island so a bit of a drive to go shopping, restaurants etc..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am enjoying my stay here at Summerhouse. The unit definitely needs some TLC. The backsplash in the kitchen was very dirty when I arrived. The lights in the stairway and main hallway were burned out and the burners on the stove didn’t fit well. Office maintenance took care of those, thank you. Also found the dryer is not vented to the outside so upstairs becomes very humid and dusty. It has been reported. The primary bath sink has a leak and there is mold. Also reported. We changed the furnace filter which was horribly dirty, the tv remote is barely usable, looks like it was chewed. The outside deck chairs are extremely rusty and two of the three are unusable.After updates and repairs that need to be made, I would recommend this property.

Summer vacation at the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. Have stayed at Summer House many times over the years and we have a great time. We especially love being right on the beach and having a condo with a full kitchen. Plenty of places near by to dine any grocery shop.
