Entrando dal secondo piano questa unità d'angolo ha una vista sulla piscina e vista sull'oceano tutto dal vostro balcone in questa vista sull'oceano 2 camere da letto, 2. 5 bagni casa a schiera. Unità terminale arredata con un letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale e due gemelli nella camera degli ospiti. Ci sono tre televisori. Pavimenti in piastrelle al piano di sotto e moquette sulle scale e al piano di sopra. Cucina completamente attrezzata completa di lavastoviglie. L'unità ha una lavatrice / asciugatrice e un proprio accesso a Internet per salvare il telefono sui dati. A Summerhouse abbiamo 4 piscine a temperatura controllata tra cui scegliere sulla proprietà che lo rende comodo per nuotare tutto l'anno! Ci sono anche quattro campi da tennis, due campi da squash e un campo da pickleball. Abbiamo due aree per grigliate e due campi da gioco per i bambini situati alle estremità della proprietà. La nostra area comune intorno alle piscine è ricoperta da un delizioso prato ben curato con una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia. La nostra unità di noleggio ha uno staff amichevole di front office e manutenzione in loco per aiutare a risolvere rapidamente qualsiasi problema qualora dovesse insorgere. Abbiamo una piccola biblioteca e una palestra disponibili durante il normale orario di lavoro per la vostra convenienza.

Disappointing stay in unit 338, unusual for Summerhouse

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th Summerhouse stay and we never had issues with any of the units we stayed at before, the Property Management company has always been professional and friendly. The property is clean and well maintained. However, unit 338 had a different experience. We settled in later afternoon day before 4th of July. After we came back from dinner, we realized the AC was not working after several attempts to get it going. The next day they sent out two AC companies one said AC has to be replaced the other telling the owner a compressor needed to get ordered and it will take 10 days to come in. The owner was nice enough to offer her daughters place which we thought would be a temporary fix. Great they had AC companies come out on 4th of July but why settle for one opinion, why not get several ones to see if anyone can get it done sooner. We were staying there for 7 days and on our first day we had no AC they had time to fix it. Well, it was not, and we had to move into a smaller unit that was full of someone else’s personal belongings. We couldn’t unpack into closets and drawers, pantry was full, so we had to have our food on the kitchen counter, and the refrigerator was half full. When we left, we said we appreciated the alternative accommodation, but we were not as comfortable as we would have been in the original larger unit where we would only have our own stuff can you please offer a partial refund. The owner asked my opinion on the amount and that’s when things got nasty and personal attacks started flowing. I would like to advise you, if you have any issues with this unit DO NOT deal with the owner, just work with the Property Management company. When things go bad you don’t need anyone putting you down on top of the issue you are experiencing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at SH several times before. Very nice and we'll maintained property, great location. Our condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Our group commented that an adult only pool would be only negative comment about our condo would be regarding beds. King bed in master was ok but pillows definitely need to be replaced. Linens could use an upgrade, too. Mattresses in 2nd bedroom on twin beds were uncomfortable. Aside from those issues everything else was good and we will most likely be staying at SH again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Summerhouse. Everything was ok except we couldn't get sliding glass dood to slide open to deck? There were no instructions for wifi and the one there didn't seem to work. Both problems were reported to office. It appears that sliding glass door was checked but still still didn't slide? AnywayWe had a great visit and this is a good place to stay. Pretty beach and good places nearby to eat.
