La cucina è ben attrezzata con tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti o intrattenere e si affaccia sulla sala da pranzo appena arredata che può ospitare sette o più persone. Il soggiorno ha anche tutti i nuovi mobili e include un divano letto matrimoniale e un divano e una nuova smart TV a schermo piatto da 55 ". Inoltre al piano inferiore si trova un comodo fango / angolo dove gli ospiti possono appendere asciugamani, riporre borse da spiaggia e giocattoli. Al piano superiore troverete la camera degli ospiti, arredata in modo confortevole con nuovi letti, tra cui una doppia e una serie di letti a castello, nonché un comò e un comodino. Questa camera è comoda per il secondo bagno completamente rinnovato di recente con vasca e doccia. La nuovissima camera da letto principale comprende un letto king size, un comodino, una cassettiera a 6 cassetti e una TV a schermo piatto da 36 ". Include anche una comoda scrivania e una sedia. Il bellissimo bagno principale ha una grande doccia confortevole. C'è un angolo lavanderia dove gli affittuari possono riporre asciugamani, prodotti per il bucato o piegare i vestiti. Puoi anche goderti il patio esterno con vista sulla piscina e con una meravigliosa vista sulla spiaggia! A Summerhouse abbiamo 4 piscine a temperatura controllata tra cui scegliere sulla proprietà che lo rende comodo per nuotare tutto l'anno! Ci sono anche quattro campi da tennis, due campi da squash e un campo da pickleball. Abbiamo due aree per grigliate e due campi da gioco per i bambini situati alle estremità della proprietà. La nostra area comune intorno alle piscine è coperta da un paesaggio ben curato e una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia. La nostra unità di noleggio ha uno staff amichevole di front office e manutenzione in loco per aiutare a risolvere rapidamente qualsiasi problema qualora dovesse insorgere. Abbiamo una piccola biblioteca e una palestra disponibili durante il normale orario di lavoro per la vostra convenienza.

Family Christmas Get Away

We reserved this unit for two couples and a young adult. We found the property to be clean, nicely decorated and a wonderful lay out. Thanks so much for the added touch with the scrabble game... it has now become a new family tradition!!! The only 4 is the check in process would have been nice to have a keyless entry. Would definitely recommend this property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 341 was in excellent shape..very well decorated. Felt like home after a couple of days. Very clean with plenty of cookware, newer appliances worked well. A great condo, we booked it for February and March of 2025.This is a well managed complex, I would definitely recommend it to friends and family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself (location, amenities, etc) are fantastic. However the Management Company, the way they handle issues and their overall persona are horrendous. The property charges a "cleaning fee" of over $100. Cleaning of any unit on any property is to be expected, when this fee is separate/additional, the expectation is higher. This year, an additional $25 COVID fee was added. The top of my fridge was covered with dust and grime, the salt/pepper shakers were dusty and a to-go box was left in the fridge. These issues were brought to Sandy at the front desk whom my concerns seemed to inconvenience her. The keys we were given did not lock our deadbolt, that issue was never corrected. At checkout we were told to "jiggle the key" and it would work. Again, the property itself is wonderful, been going for over thirty years. The customer service is some of the worst and I work in the industry.

Family time in Crescent Beach FL

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely condo perfect for family. Love this location as kids can run to beach and then jump in the heated pool. Condo was well equipped with very comfortable beds including the bunks! This is our 3rd time staying at Summerhouse. It's a quiet location away from the tourist things but close enough to do those things if you choose.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Most issues arise from cleaning and having to deal with the on-site Office Staff with issues or concerns. The "cleaning fee" should probably be removed and simply added to the cost. When guests see "cleaning fee" there is an expectation of cleanliness. Previous year's we have come in to find laundry still in the washer/dryer, moldy coffee grinds, hair in the showers and window grime on ocean front units. Not necessarily "cleaning related" but there is supposed to be a "sweep" by staff before guests can check into units. Previous years we have walked into a broken AC unit, July in Florida, there is no way any person walked through our rental before we checked in and did not notice the AC was not working. Another year the AC was leaking all over the floor the puddle covered the area leading into the Master Bedroom, had someone walked through the Unit, they would have stepped in it checking that room/bathroom. Last year, our reservation was canceled by SH due to the Unit being remodeled from the hurricane the September before. While this would have been fine, we did not receive notification from SH until we called to make our final payment ninety days out. The "reason" we were given by the SH staff was that there was a "pipe leak". Our rental time was also changed from Sunday/Sunday to Saturday/Saturday. Upon arrival, the unit was no where close to ready (floors were bare, no appliances in kitchen, drywall work being done, etc). When the staff was questioned, the response was "rude" and blame was now on the hurricane. Again fine, would it not have been possible to contact rentals five/six months out to let them know there may be an issue? The response was "that would not be possible, no knowledge of construction time table, not enough time". No sort of compensation was given to be moved to a different time/unit and very unsympathetic. Thankfully we are "local" would have effected those who have to plan their travel differently.

It was very cleaned and well stocked. and the owner has done a great job of decorating. Loved the baths.We have always had good service from the office and management. We would definitely recommend this unit.We tried the new Panama Hatties and had good food and service. Say hi to Sandy, Diane and Ashley, hope all is well with them.

Tv had trouble connecting to the internet and there was dirt crumbs accumulated in a corner, but overall we enjoyed our trip and would stay here again. You will love being so close to the pool and beach.
