Immagina di goderti la splendida natura in una breve passeggiata che attraversando la strada A1A ti porterà a Crescent Beach. Se vuoi trascorrere qualche giorno libero in un'atmosfera amichevole e familiare in una posizione privilegiata, ti consigliamo di soggiornare nel nostro condominio.
Abbiamo due stanze; nella spaziosa camera da letto principale un comodo letto king size e nella camera degli ospiti un letto full size e un letto singolo; abbiamo anche un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno; in ogni camera un televisore con tv via cavo.
Due bagni completi in ottime condizioni, con asciugamani e tutto il necessario durante il soggiorno.
La lavanderia funzionale all'interno dell'unità e la cucina perfettamente attrezzata per chi ama cucinare in vacanza.
Il bar per la colazione si integra armoniosamente con la cena e la zona giorno. TV via cavo e accesso wireless a Internet gratuito. Sul balcone si può godere la brezza del mare con una bellissima vista aperta.
Nelle aree comuni del condominio ha un campo da tennis, piscina e barbecue con accesso privato per gli ospiti. Vi forniamo teli da mare, ombrellone e sdraio.
Questo condominio è perfettamente situato tra la spiaggia e la via navigabile Intracoastal con le sue incredibili viste sul tramonto.

St Augustine stay

Perfect location. Beach is across the street and about 20 minutes to downtown so you’re away from the tourist congestion. Winn Dixie is just a few minutes away.

Clean and great location

This is a clean condo with very convenient access to the beach. We were provided with very good essentials like bath towels, hand soap, blankets, beach chairs etc. We were a little disappointed in finding the garbage disposal and large bathroom shower and vanity lights were not functional which was very inconvenient. We reported all issues after arrival but never heard back until the day we departed. I would still recommend this property but only if the reported issues get addressed.

Enjoyed beach condo at St. Augustine’s

The condo was just a short walk from a lovely beach.The owner is really responsive. She immediately replaced the coffee machine which was not working with a new one. The condo was clean and we really enjoyed our stay.

This place was perfect for our family. A quick walk to get to the beach, nice and quiet and just a short drive to get to down to St Augustine.This is the most well stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen for a vacation home. We hope to stay here again

Great time on Crescent Beach with great restaurants nearby and easy drive to downtown!!

We had a great, relaxing time in this beautiful condo! The amenities were great and we enjoyed checking out the area. We highly recommend doing the trolly downtown where you can get off and on as much as you like to check out various things in St Augustine. Also Che k out Nearby restaurants, all had great food! The beach is a walk but beautiful and quiet.

Very nice property, Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean, nicely laid out, organized and well stocked. There was a 3 minute walk to beach access. The beach was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and very uncrowded We highly recommend this place and are planning to come back.

Great location and super clean!

Patricia was very responsive and super accommodating throughout our entire stay. The location is truly perfect with a pool on the property, beach access across the street and grocery shopping near by. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils and cooking equipment you could need. Would absolutely recommend!

Crescent Beach Experience

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Patricia's condo in the Pelican Inlet Complex. Although the complex is an older property it is well maintained and equipped. The pool and recreation area, which we used a lot, was clean and well maintained. Patricia's apartment was also clean, tidy and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped. We only had one small issue with the operation of a ceiling fan. Patricia responded to our question promptly and was able to talk us through what was simply an operator error. We were very pleased with our experience and will book this property again if it became available.

Beautiful Crescent Beach

This was our second stay at Patricia's condo. Once again, we had a wonderful time. The condo is spacious and clean, and the well-equipped kitchen was great. We loved spending time on the beautiful beach just across the road, and playing pickleball and shuffleboard. The condo had everything we needed (although two more beach towels would have been handy). Thanks so much, Patricia!

Very comfortable place

The condo was very clean. It had most everything we needed. The kitchen had lots of counter space and a full stove/oven. The full-size washer/dryer were wonderful. The main bedroom and bath were good-sized. Patricia was quick to respond to any questions. Location was convenient for us. Thanks for sharing it with us!

Comfortable condo in quiet neighborhood

A very comfortable and relaxing stay. This is an older property but appears to be very well cared for. Most tenants appear to be older snowbirds like ourselves and are very friendly. Very quiet and walkable neighborhood. The condo came with everything we needed. If there is any negative it would be that the condo is on the second floor and there is no elevator so you will have steps to deal with. It wasn't a problem for us but it could be if you have mobility issues. Easy public access to the beach directly across the road. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation spot

We had a great week at Patricia's condo. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacation. She communicated very well and was very pleasant and kind! We loved all the amenities. The pool was great, we spent hours there every day, and the bedroom configurations worked for our family ( married couple and 2 kids) She had all the beach gear and it seemed every detail was considered to enjoy ourselves. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the gear you would need. It was a little hard figuring out where to put our snacks and pantry items, but we moved some things around and it was fine. We enjoyed the coffee/ tea station. We found the condo very comfortable too. We liked being there and will come back again! I wanted to note the condo is on the 2nd floor and the beach access ( right across the street) goes over and down a dune, so lots of stairs, in case mobility is an issue or you are traveling with a stroller/ etc. I accidentally left my Kindle in the condo and realized after check out, and Patricia very kindly sent it to me and communicated in a very reassuring way. She is a wonderful host and I appreciated her helping me get my item back and we had a great week at her condo.

Weekend Getaway

Nice weekend getaway with my husband and our good friends. The location was perfect and Condo was just the right size. Beautiful sunrises on the beach side and sunsets on the inlet side. Nice pool and amenities and the perfect distance from St. Augustine activities. Would stay there again.

Perfect Location for our needs

This condo is within walking distance to both the beach and the inlet, perfect for catching the sunrise and sunset both with a quick walk. Property was well stocked and clean, with plenty of extras to help make a memorable trip. We also enjoyed the pool and tennis court area! Overall, an excellent choice for those focusing on the beach and ok with a bit of a drive to get to historic old city

Wonderful Stay!

We have stayed at Pelican Inlet previously and we love the Cresent Beach area. The condo was very clean and cozy and really made us feel at home. The beds were comfortable, and we loved all the amenities it provided. It is a short walk to the beach access right across the street. We would love to stay here again!
