Posizione incredibile! Situato nella zona Uptown eclettico. Godetevi il nostro appartamento tranquillo e silenzioso primo piano con cucina completa. letto matrimoniale e divano / letto.
Molto breve passeggiata (100 yards) a negozi, ristoranti, biciclette e scooter, nonché attrazioni della zona. La spiaggia è anche a soli 10 minuti a uno Vilano spiaggia o st. parco statale Anastasia.
Si tratta di una posizione ideale per parcheggiare l'auto e non guidare di nuovo fino alla vostra partenza. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario. La camera da letto ha un comodo letto matrimoniale. Il bagno è attrezzato per una doccia o un bagno. Il nostro soggiorno ha un divano che funge anche da un letto pieghevole. La zona pranzo si siede in un angolo luminoso e soleggiato della casa, perfetto per sedersi e gustare un caffè dal produttore di birra in cucina. La cucina è ben attrezzata e ha tutto il necessario per i pasti a casa o solo una semplice tazza di caffè. Troverete l'appartamento di essere molto pulito, sicuro, privo di fumo e confortevole. La TV in apt riproduce solo Netflix, le indicazioni per la TV sono in appartamento. Non ci sono costi per uno dei film o spettacoli su Netflix.

L'appartamento si trova nella zona dei quartieri alti eclettico di st. Agostino. Questa zona è conosciuta per i suoi negozi di antiquariato unici ed è indicato anche come il quartiere antico. Ci sono molte grandi case in stile vittoriano ai piccoli, caratteristici cottage. Questo quartiere è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi al forte Castillo, davanti baia e il resto del centro storico di st. Agostino.

Great location! Space was perfect for our quick weekend trip. Less than a 10 minute walk to the gates at St. George street and the rest of the sites. Would definitely stay again if I was back in the area! Only minor feedback for host I have would be to possibly add some curtains to bedroom window. Blinds worked alright but did not block out sun in the morning. Besides that everything about our stay was excellent!

Perfect location! And easy entry with good directions. However the apartment seemed unloved and lacked simple considerations for renters. No screens on windows or patio door meant a/c was required despite nice weather. Musty smell and very noisy a/c had us long to open the windows. No place to put our clothes, closet full of cleaning stuff and dusty shelves in night tables. No outlets near bed nor ‘tv’, a couple of extension cords required please. Functional kitchen but two can openers and two corkscrews but no good knife. Clock stuck at 7, I mean a simple battery is too much? Overall, expensive for the ambience.

Unit was charming, (classic old-school St Augustine). It was clean and had all the amenities we needed! We live in Florida and just popped in for a concert at the AMP, but it would be a great location just to explore the area, too! Nice restaurants and shops around the corner, and tons to do within walking distance. Host was very communicative, and all instructions were wonderfully clear! Only criticism is the loudness of the AC split unit (it wasn't sleep-interrupting or anything like that-- but we had to turn up the TV higher than usual and Duolingo required a little extra oomph). Would stay again (and probably will!)

Location was good. 10 minute walk to downtown. Apartment was small, but advertised as such. Accommodations such as kitchen wares, bathroom amenities, living room seating, kitchen seating, etc were sparse but adequate. I was alone, which made the above issues not too much of a problem. But if I had been with someone else, these would have been an inconvenience.

Great experience

This location is perfect walking distance from town, we were able to enjoy the fire works without the hassle of parking. It was also very clean and orderly and had a cute board with suggestions of what to do in town.

Great location and communication

Booked a single night here so that I could explore Saint Augustine on the way home from a work trip. The location is fabulous… Walking distance from everything. The unit was rustic, but clean, and the communication from the host was great. If I stayed there again, I’d probably ask that they turn on the air conditioner an hour or so before I arrived, as it was stuffy and a little musty smelling until the air started flowing, and the windows aren’t able to be opened to air it out (or to let the fabulously intoxicating smell of the jasmine outside in!) Otherwise an excellent stay!

Cozy St Augustine Getaway

Everything was wonderful and convenient. Best part was being a less than 10 minute walk to the historic district. Traffic was insane so we were happy to not need the car.

Cozy and clean

Space is adorable and well kept. I was very pleased with the cleanliness. You can tell the property owner cares about the room. We needed bathroom towels and they were delivered directly to the door immediately. Location is very convenient but removed enough to be safe and quiet at night. I wish we had more time to stay but we were only there one night while traveling home. Would stay again!!

Disaster

I was shocked this was even offered. The outside was a shambles. The furniture was morning after a two day yard sale. There was no soap, not even an extra garbage bag. The “futon” was an ancient pleather sofa that if opened would fill the entire living room. No extra sheets at all. But the worst was the grime. Looking under the silverware holder made me gasp. But the worst was no dishwasher so the only ones washing anything were the previous renters. Crusted-on food, stained mugs, etc. Never saw the owner. Once upstairs renters moved in, it was noisy beyond normal expectations. The only positives were that the bedroom and bath were Motel 6 acceptable and it was convenient to walk to the historic area. I would have left but my friend wanted to stay, but I left early after becoming ill. A full refund would be appropriate and you need to remove this listing.

It really IS a good location!

We come to St. Aug periodically and usually stay south or west of the DT area. This location is right by the antique shops I like but often miss. Fine dining is a block away, pizza and a couple of breakfast spots the same. It's a safe area as well. It's an easy stroll to the more touristy areas and the art galleries. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had pretty much everything you need. There is even a brick patio in the back with a bistro table and chairs. The sofa was very comfy, too, and the shower (and kitchen faucet) got hot water very quickly. Onsite parking!

My wife suffered from a severe allergy reaction when we checked in. The reaction got progressively worse as we went along and we needed urgent care for some relief. The doctor recommended we leave the area as soon as possible. After 12 days at the apt we found it necessary to leave. VRBO and the host refunded 2/3 of the rental fee and kept in touch with us to make sure of my wife’s condition. Their responsible conduct and refund policy demonstrated good will and good customer relations. We will use VRBO and this host during our future trips to the Augustine, Fl area.
