Renovated retreat w/ private beach access, short drive to Historic District

Sun filled updated top floor corner unit located in the highly sought after Ocean Village Club. This complex is beachfront with its own private beach access and resort style amenities such as 2 pools, tennis courts, shuffle boards, fitness center and grilling/picnic pavilion.

You are centrally located to all St. Augustine has to offer such as pristine beaches and the Historic District downtown.

This unit is a 3rd floor walk up with views overlooking the heated pool. The well equipped modern kitchen is ready for all you need. For dining, there is a table for 4 inside and one outside on the lanai. There is also a breakfast bar with 2 stools for additional seating.

The primary bedroom has views of the pool and access to the patio. There is a queen size bed, ample closet space and en suite bathroom with walk in shower.

The spacious guest bedroom offers a double bed and a twin bed. The guest bathroom which has a tub/shower combo, is located right outside the guest bedroom.

Guests will have access to the entire unit and all the amenities Ocean Village Club has to offer. The heated pool is right outside this unit's building and the beach side pool and direct beach access are just a 3 minute walk through the gated complex. A washer and dryer are located inside the unit for your convenience. Private Wi-fi is available throughout the condo and parking for 2 vehicles is allowed per unit.

Ocean Village Club is beachfront on a beautiful wide sandy beach and has wonderful amenities for a memorable vacation. It is our pleasure to offer this beach home to you. If there’s anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable, please let us know.

The VRBO was perfect for our quick weekend getaway. The host was welcoming and attentive to our stay. The heated pool is right next to the unit, the beach is a 5 minute walk to private access and there is nightlife right across the street. We enjoyed our time at this location, just wish we could have stayed longer! :)

We had a great stay at this condo! It was super clean and cozy and was well stocked with anything you could possibly need and then some. Melissa, the host, was very communicative and inviting which made us feel even more welcome. Check in and out was very easy as well. We’ve decided to make this an annual trip and we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway

The location was great for our girlfriend getaway! Communication with the property manager was easy and very responsive. Check in was simple and we were lucky enough that we were able to check in earlier than expected. The unit was clean and there was plenty of space in both the bedrooms and the common areas. It is on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator so getting luggage up there was a little bit of a challenge but doable. This is just more of a heads up if stairs are an issue for anyone. The building the unit is located in is a quick 7 min walk to the beach, and there are also two pools to choose from. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again if we visit the area again.

Nice and Convenient

The Condo is conveniently located right next to the heated pool and just a short walk to the private entrance to the beach. I believe Crescent Beach is prettier and a lot less busy than the beaches in St Augustine. The host was very responsive and communicated well with us. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Great place!

Very pretty recently refurbished condo with a nice balcony overlooking the beautifully landscaped pool. The ocean is a short walk between buildings to the private beach access, and features a cabana with hoses to wash the sand off your feet on your return, benches to sit on, and BBQ grills and picnic tables if you want to eat there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and the host was on top of everything. We would definitely come back!

Perfect Mini Getaway!

What a great condo! Location was very close to old town St Sugustine and the community was right on the pristine and beautiful St Augustine Beach. Neighbors are friendly. Quiet at night. All you can want. Clean, comfortable. Melissa was quick to respond to questions we had about the area. Recommend highly.
