Ristrutturato Summerhouse Oceanview 2 Bedroom Flat Unit 148

  • Questo è il nostro appartamento con due camere da letto / due bagni, recentemente rinnovato, con vista sull'oceano. Entri al primo piano e non dovrai preoccuparti di salire le scale. Questo rende il tuo soggiorno più comodo senza la necessità di trasportare l'attrezzatura da spiaggia su e giù per le scale. Ripiani in granito. L'unità ha abbastanza per dormire quattro. È arredato con un re e due gemelli. Due televisori, due videoregistratori, DVD e videoregistratore. Pavimenti in piastrelle che lo rendono fresco per l'estate e facile da pulire dalla sabbia. A Summerhouse abbiamo 4 piscine a temperatura controllata tra cui scegliere sulla proprietà che lo rende comodo per nuotare tutto l'anno! Ci sono anche quattro campi da tennis, due campi da squash e un campo da pickleball. Abbiamo due aree per grigliate e due campi da gioco per i bambini situati alle estremità della proprietà. La nostra area comune intorno alle piscine è ricoperta da una lussureggiante erba ben tenuta con una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia. La nostra unità di noleggio ha uno staff amichevole di front office e manutenzione in loco per aiutare a risolvere rapidamente qualsiasi problema qualora dovesse insorgere. Abbiamo una piccola biblioteca e una palestra disponibili durante il normale orario di lavoro per la vostra convenienza.

New toaster purchased as the one in the unit was broken. Wished there was a Keurig coffee pot.

Great week at Summer House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of our condo! The furniture was very comfortable and pretty. We could have used a bit more of an equipped kitchen as there was no large fry pan and a couple old teflon pans that should be discarded. The master bed had terrible sheets as they wouldn’t stay on the mattress. We would have liked an outside table instead of 2 small side tables but with the FL storms, I get it. I would return to this unit again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The heating and air was broken and the condo smelled like urine. Although Summerhouse was accommodating and moved us, we were moved to a 2 bedroom instead of a 3. The staff did everything they could, and luckily we had family there in other units and we had to pile up to give everybody a place to sleep.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were many things broken. The flatware had rust on them. The t.v. was horrible. The last day there was no tv. No fans in the bedrooms. My family and I have stayed at Summerhouse for many years. The master bathroom didn't have a real door. The shower door in the master bathroom didn't close. Garbage disposal didn't work. This unit was the worst any of us have ever experienced. Needless to say, I have a different one for next year.

We have been coming with a very large group for almost 15 years. I was disappointed with the very strict parking regulations concerning guests. Parking spaces were not an issue, but the two pass maximum is a joke. also the no drinks in the pool has got to go. I know it is a SJCHD issue, but it was really annoying.

We come every year with a large group and had a great stay this year. We enjoyed the amenities and the staff. The only issue was check in took a little longer because of the lack of staff at the front desk during the rush on Saturday.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The WiFi did not work. Looks like the battery backup failed. The main cable box remote in the living room was not found. The TV remote was extremely dirty. The bath tub stopper is broken. The coffee pot glass pot was broken. Some utensils are rusty. Sprayer in sink faucet has a leak. Overall the unit needs lots of maintenance. Popcorn ceiling is falling in several places. This is our 3rd stay at SummerHouse and this condo is our least favorite. Overall the decor is nice but other Summerhouse condos are decorated and maintained better. We love SummerHouse but we will not stay at SH148 again.

Wonderful Condo and Beach Experience

We were thrilled with this condo for our family vacation! It was clean and the check in/out process was very easy. The pool was just steps away from our patio and the beach was just a short pier walk beyond that. We drove into town once, but otherwise enjoyed our quiet and easy location at Summerhouse. I would come back here again for sure!
