Questo condominio 3 camere da letto / 2 bagni splendidamente aggiornato è a pochi passi da St. Augustine Beach. C'è una vista sulla piscina riscaldata della laguna dalla zona giorno aperta, camera matrimoniale e ampio balcone.
Il condominio è un'unità angolare di 1 livello, all'ultimo piano con ascensore. Il condominio stesso non ha vicini sopra di esso e non ci sono scale nell'unità. È situato in posizione centrale, a pochi passi da ristoranti, negozi, attività e a breve distanza in auto dal centro di St. Agostino.

Il condominio ha una cucina rinnovata con un bar per la colazione, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, banconi di superficie solida e armadietti shaker. È fornito di pentole, stoviglie, utensili, stoviglie, caffettiera.

C'è anche una buca per barbecue, una zona a ferro di cavallo e docce esterne situate vicino al bellissimo gazebo e sul ponte che conduce ad una passerella recintata che porta alla spiaggia.

Florida family vacation

We were very happy with the quality of the unit we stayed in. It was clean, modern and had everything needed for a week's stay. The balcony overlooks a heated pool. Another pool in the complex is steps from access to a beautiful beach. St. Augustine Beach is a low key resort town, close to the city of St. Augustine. We enjoyed the city with its nice restaurants and places to visit. We highly recommend visiting the Fountain of Youth.

Fun in the Sun

Beautiful condo! Pictures did not lie. Condo was clean, spacious, well appointed, had two pools (one heated to 92 degrees daily which was heavenly on chilly days), great location, and short stroll to gorgeous beach. Host was very responsive to our needs. Lots of cherished family memories were made. Would highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful Condo!

This condo was perfect for family. Trying to find a three bedroom condo that was all on one level was difficult. But this one was perfect. Elevator was near the apartment which made getting up to the third-floor easy. Condo was very clean and the owner checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything that we needed. Pool was clean and warm! Will definitely stay hear again.

Beautiful condo on a beautiful beach

The property was exactly how it was described. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We walked to the beach everyday and the kids enjoyed both pools. Communication from Cindy was prompt and kind. I would rent from her again!

Wonderful VRBO in St. Augustine

Lovely Beach Condo and Property

We have stayed in many beach condos, in Saint Augustine. This one was exceptional! Exactly as advertised. Really lovely. The property itself is also very well-maintained.

Spacious accommodations. Great beach location.

Cindy and Nate were wonderful hosts. The condo was well appointed with very helpful items including a pack N play and high chair. Plenty of necessities like dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper and beach supplies including a cart. The unit was close to elevator making the 3rd floor a breeze. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. The host was very responsive to our needs. A great experience. Hope to be back again next year.

Memorial Day Weekend

Ocean Villas

Comfy, clean, convenient, great location

Great place for a ladies getaway. Condo was very clean, hosts provided all of they key amenities and added personal touches like snacks and a bottle of wine! Living space was very comfy and homey. Balconies great for morning coffee or after sun cocktails. Complex has two pools, one closest to the beach was perfect for hopping back and forth from the beach. Location close to many restaurants, and a short drive to downtown for many more. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Very Comfortable Property

Condo was as described. Kitchen was well equipped and the condo lacked nothing for our stay. The unit is next to the elevator, which is very convenient when you need to move in or out. Also, close to the heated pool, which we liked. Definitely recommend.

Great COMPLEX

I’ve stayed at this complex several times. It’s easily accessible to great restaurants, downtown Saint Augustine especially during the holidays, the beach and of course it has heated pool for the winter time!!

Awesome place to stay😍

The condo was extremely clean! Absolutely loved the view from our balcony! Grandkids (young adults) walked to the beach every morning! Publix close to the condo was a plus!!! Plenty of pillows....and the couch was very comfortable....2 slept on it every night😊 Now, the weather was NOT THE BEST..... That is nature for you😂🤣😂 It was a good thing we LOVED THE CONDO, since we spent most of the time inside!!!! By the way, LOVED THE FLAMINGO decorations everywhere💞

Mom/Daughters Birthday Getaway Vacay

Overall we had a great family vacation celebrating my Mother’s birthday. The Condo was lovely and looked just like the photos. However, one of the reasons we chose this particular condo was because of the view from the patio which overlooked the lagoon and pool. When we arrived there was loud construction work being done around this area through our whole stay and hindered our time out there. Could not walk around this area at all. We would have appreciated advance notice of this construction activity.

Enjoyed our stay despite the Hurricane

We loved the condo and the location. The owner was very accommodating and easy to reach. The condo had more than enough supplies and accommodations. We went down to St. Augustine for about a week unfortunately Hurricane Ian decided to show and cut our trip short. Cindy the owner helped us stay up to date on the evacuation for the area and even refunded us for the nights we weren’t able to stay due to the weather. Other than that the stay was wonderful and plenty of room for our family. Would definitely like to return again.
