Cammina verso tutto! Unità al 2 ° piano lato spiaggia con soffitti a soppalco offre un ampio comfort per 2 coppie o 1 famiglia. 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni con lavanderia in unità e avvolgente portico. Questa casa sulla spiaggia è spaziosa e luminosa. La luce del sole entra attraverso quattro serie di porte scorrevoli in vetro. L'arredamento è anche luminoso e beachy, con due camini in pietra (non a legna). A soli 8 lotti dalla spiaggia e ha una grande cucina e sala da pranzo. Gli arredi sono nuovi di zecca 2018 e super comodi !!!

The place was clean and reasonably comfortable. It’s a block from the beach, and the beach itself is lovely.However, I find it bizarre that this is listed as having an ocean view. My family and I made every effort to see the ocean from every possible vantage point, to no avail. The owner has since told me that the ocean view is possible from the outside porch and the master bedroom. All we saw was the adjacent commercial parking lot.Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful spot

Very clean and beautiful spot. We had everything we needed to cook instead of eating out every meal. If stairs are hard for you, you might not want to stay but otherwise perfect place! Great location as the beach is a 5 minute walk away or just a 10 minute drive to the pier. Lots of places to eat all around!

Beach weekend and concert

Perfect location with so much within walking distance. Easy bike ride to The Amp for farmers’ market and concert. Comfortable and bright for our family of three and two dogs.

Beautiful home, excellent location

Home was perfect for our vacation! Very spacious, comfortable beds, and easy to access. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Beach access a block away and the host provided several beach chairs which is great!

Spring Break

My husband and I brought my daughter and her boyfriend down for Spring Break. The property was as listed. The owner contacted me beforehand to discuss a leak that had just occurred in the master bath that was being fixed. I also spoke to her on the day the plumber came. The location of the property was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Clean and Comfortable

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The master bath shower needs some attention (shower head was loose and the step is broken) and it would have been nice if there were some board or card games available. We would stay there again.

This place was great. 1 block from beach and my dog had a great time also. We stayed during x mas so not much open but what a wonderful neighborgood and neighboors all around. Communication with the host was great and no problems!

Bright and Comfortable

We had a wonderful time, and were very comfortable in this bright and spacious unit. Things we really liked: the three sliding glass doors to the wraparound porch, the very comfortable beds, the kitchen (large working space and excellent appliances); the location is great - convenient to everything and just a short walk to the beach.

Quick stay for Christmas Lights

Great location at the beach but close enough to town to see the Christmas lights. Would suggest bringing own bath soap and shampoo. Great spot for restaurants ice cream and sunrises. Only suggestion is the main bedroom carpet needs updating. Thanks for having us

Quite stay

The location was close to the beach and next to a nice Cafe for breakfast. The space is roomy and clean. The mattresses for sleeping were very comfortable. It is on the second floor which I must have missed on the listing. So hauling a suitcase was a little cumbersome, but other than that, a great stay.

Clean house

We (a party of two) have stayed for two weeks in January 2023. The house is clean. The WiFi connection works. The property description is correct. The kitchen is fully functional. All appliances work. The house was well provided with towels and all kinds of conveniences. The location is excellent. The neighborhood is safe. The owner made significant efforts to transform our vacation into a wonderful experience. We hope to come back again.

Comfortable house close to the beach.

House is a clean, well equipped, designed to have natural light in all places. Good place to stay close to the beach(less than 2 blocks) in a good location and near to restaurants.

Great place to stay for all of St. Augustine activities!

The place was nice and clean when we arrived. Loved the layout and the wrap around patio where you can sit and enjoy the ocean waves crash. The location is perfect! You have a place to eat next door that has good food, just a little further you have a shop if you need anything beach related, then just tiny bit further is a beach. Plus it is surrounded by other good places to eat and places to get dessert. Easy access to get to downtown St. Augustine, maybe a 15 - 20 minute drive if that. We will definitely be looking this place back up when we come back!

Great location for fun and relaxation

Location is close to the beach and restaurants, in fact, right next door to a very good restaurant. Although busy, it was never noisy. Very friendly neighborhood. We enjoyed spending time in St. Augustine appreciating all the history and museums there. The condo was as described. Beds and sofas were comfortable, towels fluffy. We were there for a month so did quite a bit of cooking. I supplemented basic cooking equipment provided with items I found in the thrift store. Owner very accessible and responsive. The only suggestions I would make are to improve lighting throughout. Although there is great access to daylight, at nighttime, need better lighting for cooking, washing dishes and reading.

Relaxing family getaway

Short stay

We stayed here after our week long cruise so we wouldn’t have to drive home on a busy holiday weekend. We loved the location due to good restaurants were within walking distance. Downtown is just a short drive away. We liked the accommodations and openness of the condo. Kitchen was outfitted well with nice appliances. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were spotless. Only thing that we were disappointed in was the TVs in the bedrooms. Especially the second bedroom. DVD usage only as far as we could try to figure it out.
