St. Augustine Beach Condo-Peaceful Getaway

Il nostro bellissimo condominio 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni recentemente rinnovato è completamente fornito e arredato con gusto per il tuo St. Fuga da Augustine Beach! La nostra unità al 2 ° piano dispone di WiFi, 2 TV con cavo e Netfix, sedie a sdraio, teli mare, racchette da tennis e un ombrellone. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato. La camera degli ospiti aveva anche un letto matrimoniale con un secondo bagno in fondo al corridoio. La cucina ben attrezzata comprende caffettiera, con filtri forniti, tostapane, lavandino di grandi dimensioni e smaltimento dei rifiuti. Il nostro balcone ha mobili da giardino e tavolini per rilassarsi e godersi una tazza di caffè la mattina o un bicchiere di vino la sera! Tutta la biancheria fornita. Animali di piccola taglia, a meno di 20 libbre (secondo le regole del condominio), benvenuti. Inoltre, secondo le regole del condominio, è richiesto un controllo dei precedenti per tutti gli ospiti che soggiornano per 30 giorni o più. Questo richiede 2 settimane e copriremo la tassa di $ 50 addebitata dal condominio una volta ricevuto un deposito.

Le dotazioni comunitarie includono 3 piscine, (1 riscaldata), tennis, bocce, pickleball, shuffleboard, sentieri e, per il pescatore, un molo privato per la pesca! St. Augustine Shore Community Golf Club con 18 buche e campo pratica, a soli 2 miglia di distanza.
Posizione comoda, a soli 15 minuti dal centro storico e 15 minuti dalle spiagge! St. Agostino ha molto da vedere e da fare per tutti: The Alligator Farm, nuota con i delfini a Marineland, minigolf, kayak e stand-up paddleboarding nei nostri parchi statali, tour guidati della storica St. Agostino e molto altro ancora! La tua visita ti farà innamorare di tutti St. Agostino ha da offrire per una vacanza in famiglia che non dimenticheranno mai!

This was my 3rd stay at this property, as I came down to enjoy the Christmas holiday with my parents who live nearby. I absolutely love this little condo... it's like a little slice of home! As I've stated in my other reviews, it's spotless, comfortable, in the perfect location, and has everything you need for a peaceful getaway. I'm also a daily walker, which the neighborhood is ideal for. There are sidewalks for miles! The hosts are also super communicative and are so kind, friendly, and welcoming. I can't wait to return in the spring!

This was my second time staying at this wonderful condo, and it felt like coming home! It's so clean, comfortable, cozy, and the cute decor makes it feel "beachy" and welcoming. I've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals over the years, and this is by far one of my favorites. I can't wait to return in December and beyond!

This condo is such a hidden gem! I booked it because of its close proximity to my family, who live 5 minutes away off US-1, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The unit is absolutely spotless, with clean, beachy, inviting decor. The Conquistador complex itself is so nice, private, and quiet. It was also well stocked with everything we needed for the week. We had our little Shih-Tzu with us, and he loved going for walks around the property and sitting on the screened-in porch at night. The complex sits along the Intracoastal Waterway, and the sunrises there are absolutely beautiful if you get the chance to take one in. If you aren't familiar with St. Augustine, the condo is a prime location because it's about 10 minutes from Crescent Beach and also about 10-15 minutes from downtown, depending on traffic. While there are plenty of vacation rentals up at the beach, this is such a nice alternative, given how calm and quiet it is. The hosts are also super responsive and made us feel very welcome. We loved coming back to our little home away from home every night and look forward to our next stay!

Relaxing

Obviously, we enjoy staying here since this is our third time at this property. It's quiet, grounds are beautiful, and fits our needs perfectly since it is also a short drive across Highway 1 to the grandsons. Location is close to a great ice cream shop, Cold Cow, and excellent tacos at Mojo's tacos. It's a great value.

Once again, perfect stay for us.

This is our second stay here as we visit our grandsons. For my wife and I, it's perfect. Nice kitchen, two bedrooms and bathrooms and a nice screened in porch. It's on the second floor, so if you have difficulty with stairs then this may be a problem for you. We hope to secure this place in the future when we visit.

Home away from home

We had a long stay in this charming, tastefully decorated St. Augustine condo. The unit was clean and well maintained with sturdy comfortable furniture The rugs are showing signs of wear and tear with some spots but are still in usable condition. Listing and photos are accurate except the welcome mat is worn and faded. It is located in a quiet, peaceful area with many places to walk or bike. Shopping is nearby. Downtown and the beach are about a 10-15 minute drive. Check in process was quick and easy. The owners were readily available and responded promptly to our questions. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We had a wonderful time!

Excellent Vacation

Everything was very clean and updated. The beds, pillows, and sofa were very comfortable. the house is nicely appointed with everything you need. The kitchen was great to cook and eat in. The overall layout of the rooms were perfect. It's close to everything you want to see in St Augustine. The property has a pier that you can fish from or just relax. There is a nature park right next door where you can walk the trails. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect place for a couple

This is the second time we have stayed in the Shores to visit our grandsons. A nice kitchen, porch, washer and dryer made it perfect for a three week stay. Pools are close by and the club house is just a block away. We would certainly stay here again.

The perfect stay for us!

We were pleasantly surprised with this community. Fantastic for walkers, runners and cyclists. 🚴‍♂️ Our hosts were always available for us and prompt with of our needs. Condo suited our needs and relatively a short drive away from beach and downtown core. As for St Augustines? Very quaint, and historical, and laid back. Definetly would recommend this condo and a visit to St Augustine.

We had an Amazing time at this Cute little getaway!

Mary Ellen and Lance were Awesome Host! Everything was sent to us before and checking in and out was Great! If we had any questions, Mary Ellen would respond right away. Thank you! The Condo was at the front of the property and you could sit out on the porch and relax and people watch. We enjoyed the pier, the walking trails, the pools and we made friends with people in the neighborhood! It was a 15 minute drive to the Beach and downtown St. Augustine. Overall, my group of family and friends had a Fabulous time. We will definitely return.

Relaxing time

This property is so nice and the area is quiet and beautiful. Enjoyed the pool daily and it was a short drive into St Augustine and the sites. This is a great rental! Highly recommend it!

Exceeded our expectations

This place was exactly as advertised. We spent a month here and appreciated that it was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but also close to beaches. Place is dog friendly. The owner was very responsive to a couple unforeseen repairs that were needed. Close to parks and walking trails. The complex does not have a play ground for youngsters but does have 3 nice pools, and a fenced area with pickle ball, bouchée and other games. We would absolutely stay again.

Great overall

Myself, my husband, and our small dog stayed a week here. Condo was very clean and overall stay was great. The beds are very firm and not super comfortable. 15 minutes from everything and 5 minutes from publix. We were very happy.
