Rilassatevi in ​​un bellissimo resort condominiale a St. Augustine Beach.

Ciao siamo nuovissimi a VRBO e vi diamo il benvenuto al nostro bellissimo affitto condominio sulla spiaggia di St Augustine.

Prima di tutto, siamo nuovi proprietari e abbiamo arredato il nostro condominio con letti nuovi, TV, e un comodo divano in pelle che si piega in un letto con un materasso in gomma piuma di memoria.

Questa calda e invitante unità del terzo piano nell'edificio del cortile con vasca idromassaggio esterna è splendidamente decorato con un tema sulla spiaggia. Ha piastrelle di ceramica in tutto, nuove vanità bagno in granito e nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inox in cucina. Ci sono 3 TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD, cavo, telefono e WIFI gratuito.

Condominio # 2303 ha 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni. La camera da letto principale dispone di un nuovissimo comodo letto king size e TV a schermo piatto. La seconda camera da letto ha due letti singoli e TV a schermo piatto. Entrambe le camere dispongono di un ampio spazio per cassetti e armadi.

Il salotto dispone di un divano estraibile rivestito in pelle con materasso a schiuma di memoria regina aggiornato.

La sala da pranzo aperta sedile 6 con posti a sedere contro.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata e dispone di nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, forno a microonde, icemaker, tostapane, frullatore e macchina per il caffè.

The location cannot be beat. Overlooking the main pool and close easy entrance to the beach. The master bathtub could use some work and was dirty on check in but the rest of the condo was spotless so nothing worrisome. The property was great for our vacation and the on site amenities are great. There is no elevator and it’s the third floor so be prepared to get your steps in! The owners are quick to communicate and provided great instruction in a timely manor!

Our family enjoyed our stay because it was spacious and we had plenty of room for four. It was perfectly clean and beautifully decorated. The owners were great with communicating information by being clear and concise before our arrival. The condo had beach supplies which was so convenient and allowed us more room in our car. Everything you will need is provided in the condo for cooking. The beds were comfortable and our kids enjoyed having a TV at night in their room. We enjoyed having a hot tub close to our room. The pools were also close to our room which was nice. Using the door code to access the rental was very easy. We liked having our privacy and it was quiet and perfect for families.

Property was as advertised. Weather was not very cooperative but that has nothing to do with the unit. Managed to get in the heated pool and do some laps without company. Lots of good food nearby. I would put a longer mat in second bathroom tub. Almost slipped a couple times and I noticed the towel rod in the tub is gone.

We liked having a lot of amenities and this was also unique. We didn't like having to use the stairs without having an option to use an elevator due to our mother's are senior's. If we would've known that previously we would have chosen a downstairs condo. My seventy year old mom slipped and almost fell. Anti-slip tape needs to be added to all stairs. And make sure this is expressed in the details of the upstair condos! Signs are posted at the property only. Also, the sofa-bed was uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Other than those things, the condo was equipped with more than most condos! Just bring your clothes and food only. That's all you will need! Thank you Jeffrey for everything! We did enjoy ourselves!

Great location with relation to stores, beaches or anything else you needed. Easily walked to the pier looking for shells. Clean unit, owner was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Property was very nice. Condo was clean, kitchen was well stocked (other than teaspoons) we didn’t cook during this vacation, even though we usually do. Towels/Linens were nice. They provided beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. Owners are very friendly. We ask to stay and extra day about a week before we visited and they were able to arrange that for us, with the cleaning crew. All in all great little place. We would visit again.

Beautiful condo in a quiet complex with a 2 minute walk to the beach. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. The pool is gorgeous and the grounds very well taken care of. Downtown to historic St. Augustine just a short ride away. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property was in a great location. It needed a little updating. The ice machine did not work well. But , on the whole, it was good. Kitchen was well equipped and the unit was very clean. The hot tub in the building worked the first day but did not heat up the last few days. We did report it to the office and we’re told we could use the hot tub in any other building. We did enjoy the stay and the location was very convenient to the beach and restaurants. We also appreciated the security at the complex.

My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary/late honeymoon. We loved it! The location was very convenient, as we went to downtown St. Augustine everyday. It was very nice to have a private beach access from the condo. It was also a plus with it being a gated community and having a guard there 24/7. The condo is just as described in the listing and photos. It was very clean and had all the essentials we needed. Perfect stay for a couple or small family.

The resort is well maintained and beautifully landscaped. It’s a nice quiet area with two pools and direct ocean access. The unit we stayed in was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The location is very handy to many of the local beach bars and restaurants and not too far a drive to the old town with its many attractions and restaurants.

The condo was in a great location. It took less then 10 minutes to drive into downtown St. Augustine. The condo is a short walk to the beach and pool. The condo building was quiet. The inside was clean and nicely decorated. We had all the items needed for our stay. Our family would definitely stay here again.
