'Newly Remodeled' - Beautiful Beach 🏖️ themed Oceanfront Condo on Crescent Beach

Escape to this beautiful ocean facing condo on Crescent Beach in picturesque St Augustine. This cozy retreat features 1 king bed in the bedroom and a new very comfortable queen sofa bed in the living room. This unit can sleep 4 adults but is more suited to 2 adults and/or adults with children.

We provide every guest with a ‘welcome’ basket containing milk & bottled water (in fridge), fresh coffee sugar, and Biscotti or cookies which you can enjoy on the spacious balcony overlooking Crescent Beach - the most stunning sunrise is not to be missed!

The mattress in the Master is sanitized with a UV light and dust mite machine after every guest stay. That is a unique service that we offer that you won’t find anywhere else.

Enjoy the beautiful bathroom which is newly remodeled with high pressure shower, bathtub, and hair dryer in the bathroom. There is also a shaving/make up wall mounted mirror with 10x magnification with LED lighting.

Two wall mounted flat TV's, free WIFI and everything you need in the kitchen to cook up a storm. Also, you will find iron & ironing board for your convenience, along with a hand held steamer.

If you have booked your stay with a service pet, we sadly cannot accommodate large dogs and can only accept one dog not weighing more than 35lb for safety & convenience. Please ensure you keep the sofa cover provided, on the sofa at all times if you have a service animal with you for your visit, thank you we appreciate this consideration. No guest cats permitted. Please also ensure your service pet is up to date with flea & worming treatment for the convenience of other guests and the environment.

There is a newly revamped area for pets behind the Lobby building. Dogs are permitted on the beach too!

We provide beach towels for each guest, beach chairs and a shading umbrella, and you have exclusive access to the Beach with a shower on the beach deck. Access code for guests will be provided on the day of check in. We have everything you need for a memorable stay.

There is a wicker basket in the unit hallway for sandy shoes and towels, so you don't have to worry about those pesky sand grains!

The beautiful pool is heated to around 84 degrees and overlooks the beach and has plenty of seating and sunbathing areas.

This is home from home, and we aim to make your stay memorable and hope you come and see us again!

Loved this cute,little condo,which was just the right size for the two of us.....& it was nice and quiet!! Starting and ending each day on the oceanfront balcony was wonderful! Our host/owner couldn't have been more attentive,from check-in to our reluctant departure. Fortunately she enabled us to extend our stay by a day,which we so much appreciated. If I'd given her a grocery list,I have no doubt whatsoever she would've done our grocery shopping for us! Great trip....thank you!!

We enjoyed our time here! The bed was very comfortable and I loved watching the sun rise from the balcony. We appreciated all the extras included such as water, milk, coffee, first aid items and the owner was easy to contact, friendly and very responsive. The pool was also very nice. Very quiet and heated.

Beautiful condo and the Host made sure we had everything we needed and then some. The entire process was easy. It was impeccably clean which is very important to me. Every detail was perfect. Although it was raining our entire stay and we didn't get to use the pool or the beach, we had a great stay.

We stayed one night to see a concert for our anniversary and oh do I wish we would have been there longer! Such a great spot. Our ocean view was lovely and the place was just as pictured, we will definitely be back.

Exceeded expectations in every way. Easy entry- Deborah provided a code in advance, and we just parked and walked right in. As advertised, wide unobstructed ocean view from the balcony. Easy parking and a breeze to get to the Amphitheater or downtown (but away from the crowds). Unit was great- comfortable living room and balcony furniture; easy TV system to hijack with my home Roku/YouTube TV HDMI but could have easily used her setup; everything was spotless; surprisingly quiet building considering it was in the Spring Break season. What made it memorable was Deborah's attention to detail- easy instructions / highlights conspicuously available right when you walk in; k-cups with a variety of sweeteners (there's also coffee available in the lobby); biscotti and other breakfast snacks; some bottled water & milk in the fridge; fully stocked kitchen utensils (that we didn't much need); shampoo-conditioner-body wash dispensers mounted in the shower; beach chairs & towels; even saw a little basket of Band Aids under the sink; easy to control thermostats & fans in the living room and bedroom. Much more little niceties that I forget or maybe didn't even notice. Finally- Deborah was incredibly responsive with recommendations or to answer questions when I had them- like within minutes. Would highly recommend and she'll be our first choice when we come back for the next round of concerts.

The room was nicely renovated, and had an amazing ocean view! It is tiny, and is better suited for two adults and 1-2 children. Deborah was very responsive. The condo was extremely clean. We would definitely come back!

This condo was outstanding! Location was fantastic! Check in process was fantastic and Deborah was very communicative, helped us get in early, and left coffee/milk/snacks for us! Views were amazing off the balcony. Felt like a home away from home! Condo was very clean, and bed very comfy! We will be back! Didn’t get a chance to use pool but looked fantastic. Easy and private beach access which was awesome! Deborah also offered recommendations on where to eat! Great host and great place !!

The host was wonderful. Her condo is beautifully decorated and she went the extra mile by offering fresh fruit, coffee and even milk for creamer. Also, I loved the little details in the bathroom and kitchen: the patchouli, Vivian Gray lotion bottle, scrumptious towels and beautiful wine glasses and Christmas decor, which just elevated our experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect! The hostess was so accommodating and offered so many great recommendations. The unit was perfect for the two of us, such the perfect vibe for us! We loved everything about this trip! Hopefully we will make it back this way again in the future!
