Summerhouse 128 - Appartamento Oceanview con 2 camere da letto recentemente rinnovato

  • Il nostro condominio recentemente rinnovato è pronto per venire e godervi il vostro soggiorno nella splendida St. Agostino! È un appartamento ad angolo con due camere da letto e due bagni. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e la camera degli ospiti ha due letti singoli. Il bagno principale ha una cabina doccia completamente piastrellata con nicchie di shampoo e porta a vetri. Il bagno per gli ospiti ha una vasca con pareti piastrellate e una nicchia di shampoo. Il soggiorno dispone di TV a schermo piatto da 65 pollici e lettore DVD. C'è un divano letto matrimoniale con materasso in memory foam e materassino abbinato. La porta scorrevole nel soggiorno conduce direttamente al prato centrale e alla piscina. Appena passato la piscina è il lungomare per la spiaggia. Entrambe le camere hanno moquette berbera, la cucina e i bagni hanno piastrelle in ceramica e il resto dell'unità ha il pavimento in listoni per una facile manutenzione. La cucina ha armadi a soffitto con illuminazione sotto il mobile, ripiani in granito e tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Persiane su tutte le finestre e porte scorrevoli in vetro. Lavasciuga. A Summerhouse abbiamo 4 piscine a temperatura controllata tra cui scegliere sulla proprietà che lo rende comodo per nuotare tutto l'anno! Ci sono anche quattro campi da tennis, due campi da squash e un campo da pickleball. Abbiamo due aree per grigliate e due campi da gioco per i bambini situati alle estremità della proprietà. La nostra area comune intorno alle piscine è ricoperta da una lussureggiante erba ben tenuta con una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia. La nostra unità di noleggio ha uno staff amichevole di front office e manutenzione in loco per aiutare a risolvere rapidamente qualsiasi problema qualora dovesse insorgere. Abbiamo una piccola biblioteca e una palestra disponibili durante il normale orario di lavoro per la vostra convenienza.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo in good shape, nicely decorated etc. A couple of minor comments would be sliding patio door very hard to open, and I found 3 door knobs were all loose, so I tightened them. Also you need more than two tee towels.

This vacation was cut short due to the mandatory evacuation , sad about that we would have loved to stay. Plan to spend more time at Summerhouse.

We have stayed at Summerhouse before and enjoy the camaraderie of the residents there and the location is perfect for us to visit relatives who live in Florida. There are also many good restaurants in the area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at Summerhouse many times, and it has always been great-- except that the beds are terrible wherever we've stayed. Another couple accompanied us-- stayed in a different unit-- and reported that their beds were awful as well. I had to sleep on the couch for the last three nights. Please buy new beds!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a our first year in this condo. So very well appointed. We have re booked for next year. We did have an issue at check in that the condo had not been cleaned as it was supposed to have been. The twin bed sheets hadn't been changed and the guest bath hadn't been cleaned. They sent someone over to remedy the issue. I addressed this with summerhouse management and they assured me that they would address it.

Nice renovated condo

The condo was nice! All the furniture was new, comfortable and provided the comforts of home. The flooring was perfect for beach condo and easy to care for. Nicely tiled showers. We loved how private this section of the beach was even on a popular week in the summer! The grounds are immaculate! The only negative of unit 128 was the we could hear every sound from the upstairs unit. The family above us had 2 young children and we were woken up very early each day by the pitterpatting of feet! If you want do not want to hear thumps and walking, rent the 2nd floor units. Overall, we loved the area and the beach!
