  • Una bellissima vista da questa vista sull'oceano 2 camere da letto / 2. 5 bagni casa di città ha abbastanza per dormire sei. Al piano inferiore si trova un bagno. È arredata con un letto king size, due letti singoli e un divano letto. Ci sono due TV e un lettore DVD. Cucina completamente attrezzata. L'unità ha una lavatrice / asciugatrice e un proprio accesso a Internet per salvare il telefono sui dati. CHIAMATE GRATUITE IN MESSICO, CANADA, PUERTO RICO E OVUNQUE NEGLI STATI UNITI A Summerhouse abbiamo 4 piscine a temperatura controllata tra cui scegliere sulla proprietà che lo rende comodo per nuotare tutto l'anno! Ci sono anche quattro campi da tennis, due campi da squash e un campo da pickleball. Abbiamo due aree per grigliate e due campi da gioco per i bambini situati alle estremità della proprietà. La nostra area comune intorno alle piscine è ricoperta da una lussureggiante erba ben tenuta con una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia. La nostra unità di noleggio ha uno staff amichevole di front office e manutenzione in loco per aiutare a risolvere rapidamente qualsiasi problema qualora dovesse insorgere. Abbiamo una piccola biblioteca e una palestra disponibili durante il normale orario di lavoro per la vostra convenienza.

Reviewer Comments: Loved the pools and ocean, but TV was useable at the beginning and no TV in the guest bedroom. cleaning cost too high, where the cleaner gets only $16/hour. $45 damage fee is absurd, before damage is done or no damage is done at-all.

The most relaxing beach vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Summerhouse is the best place to stay if you are looking to relax and enjoy the beach with your family. The grounds are neatly manicured and the pool is cleaned to perfection every day. It is obvious the outside grounds crew takes pride in their work. They pressure washed walkways, edged, and frequently straightened up in the pool area. All rooms are close to pool and beach so you can easily run up to your room whenever you need to. The view from our balcony was beautiful and there was a table and chairs for four people out there. Our condo needs some updating, (Paint, carpet replaced, bathrooms, updated decor) but it was very comfortable and had plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. We already booked a condo at Summerhouse for 2022. I highly recommend it!

220 Beach Vacation

It was comfortable and clean with plenty of room so we didn't feel cramped. It was great to have heated pools to swim in and the water aerobic class was fun. There were lots of activities and one potluck that was delicious and a great opportunity to get to know other guests. The proximity to the beach was perfect, we went on many beach walks and did some fishing too, but not catching. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony too.

With just a few reviews on VRBO , we weren't sure what to expect. Overall, we were pleased and would book here again. Check in was easy and the front office staff was very friendly. The property is well kept and quiet. ample parking, beach access is great. Conveniently located to several parks/preserves, a little more of a drive to grocery and Downtown Historic St. Augustine, but we knew that going in. Just a few minor maintenence points (baths light bulbs were out, and a table lamp out) with the unit but it was well appointed and tastefully decorated; I would absolutely consider staying here again.
