Stunning new luxury 2br/2.5ba pool home with peeks of Salt Run and Anastasia State Park:

* Private pool + backyard
* Parking for 3 cars
* 2 king bedrooms w/ en-suite bathrooms & smart TVs w/ Netflix
* 2 min drive (or 20 minute walk) to historic downtown St. Augustine
* 2 min drive to the beach (Anastasia State Park)
* 5 min walk to lighthouse, Alligator farm, restaurants & bars
* Fully stocked and equipped kitchen
* Onsite washer + dryer
* Heated pool

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire house and private outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee for their first morning and access to a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Other Things to Note:
The home has an active security camera installed at the front door (Ring Video Doorbell). No private areas can be seen and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home.

Interaction with Guests:
We strive to make sure your time at the home is relaxing and enjoyable by providing private, uninterrupted experiences. We are always available during your stay if there are any questions or for any recommendations on what to do and see in the area. Place was clean and everything worked properly but the proximity to road makes for lots of car noise late at night. Also the outdoor lights and pool lights shine bright through all bedrooms upstairs as some of the windows don’t have coverings.

This property was perfect for our needs. The location sits right in the middle for either going to the beach or downtown. It was a close drive for both. It worked perfect for our family as we wanted to spend sometime at the beach but also had activities planned for downtown. The house was super clean and was just as it was described. No surprises. We loved it and the pool was a super nice addition.

It was just a quick getaway with our grandkids to check out the lighthouse and fort, and experience the food downtown. It was nice to come back to the house where we could relax after a day of running around. It is close to everything. Loved everything about the place. Highly recommend staying there. We will be back!
