Molto pulito e ben mantenuto. È richiesto un deposito cauzionale di $ 200. Wifi gratuito e internet ad alta velocità. Letto matrimoniale. Terzo piano superiore, unità finale (salire) - - NO ascensore.

Ottime tariffe, ben tenute e arredate con gusto cosa si può chiedere di più. WiFi e 2 televisori a schermo piatto (TV a schermo piatto a LED da 42 pollici nel soggiorno, schermo piatto più piccolo nella camera da letto principale).

Due piscine (una riscaldata durante l'inverno), TENNIS GRATUITO, shuffle board e un'ampia spiaggia sabbiosa! Club house con biblioteca, computer (DSL) e palestra. DSL e WIRELESS sono disponibili nel nostro condominio, (deve avere il proprio laptop).

Situato nel prestigioso Ocean Village Club, una gated community sull'oceano. L'Ocean Village Club si trova sull'isola di Anastasia nella storica Saint Augustine, la città più antica della nazione. Ocean Village Club offre i migliori servizi per divertimento e relax tutto l'anno.

Il nostro condominio di buon gusto con due camere da letto e due bagni si trova all'ultimo piano dell'edificio G, un terzo piano (walk-up) (senza ascensore), unità terminale che garantisce l'abbondanza di luce e privacy. Il condominio si affaccia sui campi da tennis e sulla piscina riscaldata. Una breve passeggiata porta alla passerella privata per l'ampia spiaggia di sabbia (senza strade da attraversare). L'unità è completamente e confortevolmente arredata per il vostro divertimento, compresa la biancheria da letto / bagno e una cucina completamente accessoriata, inclusa lavatrice / asciugatrice.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king-size, TV a schermo piatto via cavo, bagno privato, cabina armadio e cursori sul balcone (con vista sui campi da tennis e piscina riscaldata). La seconda camera ha due letti singoli e un sacco di spazio nell'armadio. C'è un ulteriore bagno appena fuori dalla seconda camera da letto.

La sala da pranzo comprende un tavolo per sei persone. Collegato alla sala da pranzo è il soggiorno completamente arredato con divano letto, TV via cavo, lettore DVD e cursori che conducono al balcone. Il balcone è arredato con tavolo e sedie perfetti per rilassarsi e godersi una partita di tennis sorseggiando una bevanda fresca.

DSL GRATUITO e WIRELESS sono disponibili nel nostro condominio, (deve avere il proprio laptop).

Le tue avventure durante il tuo soggiorno presso l'Ocean Village Club sono infinite ... puoi SUN, SWIM, PLAY TENNIS, FISH, SURF, GOLF, SHOP, visitare Disney o altri siti vicini o semplicemente RELAX.

SITI - Quando non ti rilassi sulla spiaggia, puoi visitare la favolosa città storica di Sant'Agostino, la città più antica della nazione, a soli 15 minuti di distanza. Mentre a Saint Augustine, puoi goderti siti storici, negozi favolosi e ottimi ristoranti. A Saint Augustine puoi goderti il famoso Castillo De San Marcos Fort (fortezza del 17 ° secolo), la fattoria degli alligatori, la fontana della giovinezza, il Museo delle cere di Potter, gite in carrozza trainata da cavalli, la cantina di San Sebastian e molto altro ancora.

SPORT - Oltre ai servizi GRATUITI in loco (due piscine, campi da tennis e shuffleboard) è possibile praticare surf, pesca, canottaggio e, naturalmente, Golf tutti situati nelle vicinanze. L'Ocean Village Club è situato in posizione centrale rispetto a numerosi campi da golf, tra cui Sawgrass / Ponte Vedra (TPC) e World Golf Village, dove è anche possibile assistere alla World Golf Hall of Fame e un film I-Max.

Il proprietario abita a St. Agostino ed è felice di darti consigli su ristoranti, shopping, golf ecc.

We had a wonderful six week stay in this clean, sunny condo. It is close to so many things to do and great places to eat. The beach is beautiful! Kathy was great and we didn’t have any problems or concerns. It really is a great place to stay.

I had an incredible experience staying at this condo! The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The condo itself was spotless, modern, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking. The area was peaceful, yet close to shops and restaurants. The host was fantastic, ensuring everything was perfect for my stay. I can't wait to come back and stay here again. Highly recommend!

We were pleased with the condo. It was clean and well stocked. The grounds are kept very nice and two clean pools. Kathy was easy to work with. Our only suggestion is it would be nice to have a queen bed in 2nd bedroom versus two twin beds.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect for anyone who wants a quiet spot within a very quick walk (through the complex grounds) to the beach, but also close enough to make the short drive into St. Augustine. The heated pool was great--very clean, and surprisingly warm despite temps in the 50s for several days of our stay. Kathy was a wonderful host, prompt and communicative. We hope to return someday!

We just got back and had a wonderful stay! The condo itself was very clean and quiet, and the grounds were great! It’s nice that you only have one neighbor being an end unit. The kitchen is well stocked—it even had a crockpot which I was not expecting, but used! It also has a nice selection of beach towels and plenty of regular bath towels—there is no need to pack any of your own—save yourself the trouble and space! The bedrooms were both larger than they appear in the photos which was really nice—we usually end up in cramped spaces, but not here. The walk to the beach is very manageable—a short walk through the small parking lot and then onto a sidewalk which leads you directly all the way to the beach. We brought a beach cart which was helpful. There is a rinse off station as you return from the beach to help with excess sand. The owner was very helpful and responsive—we would definitely stay here again, and found the price very good for these accommodations! Thank you Kathy!

The host Kathy was terrific. She kept us informed and offered us suggestions on things to do in the area. The unit was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed. The location is nice if you want to be close to St. Augustine and St. Augustine Beach but not in a crowded area.

My sister and our two daughters had a great week in St. Augustine! The property was just as described. The location was perfect-a short walk to the beach or "The Kookaburra". (A must try for coffee lovers!) Kathy was quick to reply to my questions before the trip and ensured our check-in process was smooth even when we had planned to arrive late. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious condo with a balcony overlooking the tennis courts and pool. Very quiet compared to the condos closer to A1A. Short walk to beach or main road. Clean kitchen. Really nice space for a family. Fast and helpful communication with hosts.

We loved how close (short walk) this property was to the beach. We played in the waves every day. Also, it was across the street from some restaurants, so we could leave the kids alone in the condo for a bit, and within walking-distance, we could grab a bite to eat just as adults. The wifi was nice for our kids video games, and the kitchen was also great so that we didn't have to eat every meal out. Short drive to the touristy parts of St. Augustine. We would stay here again.

My husband & I had a wonderful month staying at this condo - it has everything you need for a great vacation! It's well maintained, clean and very comfortable with a high speed internet connection that allowed us to work remotely. We loved Ocean Village - all the amenities are also well maintained and everyone was very friendly. We liked the location of this condo within the development - a corner unit with an easy walk to the pool or beach. And a good location in St. Augustine in general. We're cyclists and found St. Augustine to be bike friendly - loved riding our bikes on the beach! We hope to stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here for three weeks in February and had a wonderful time! There are many things to do for free at this complex such as tennis, (we used the tennis court to play pickle ball), shuffle board, swimming, and, of course, the beach. The beach is wide and beautiful. We walked on the beach most every day. The condo was very nice and had everything that we needed. The best thing about this condo was the host. She was very flexible and accommodating in every way. I could not have asked for a nicer hostess.

The property is amazing. We had a wonderful time with family. The condo is perfect and the kitchen was very well furnished with everything you would possibly need. Kathy was wonderful, had Christmas cupcakes upon our arrival! Excellent communication so we knew exactly what to do when we arrived. Beautiful location - close to the ocean yet near all of the dining and sight seeing as well. Would definitely return!
