Bellezza insuperabile sull'oceano.

Questo condominio fronte mare con tre camere da letto e due bagni è insuperabile per posizione e design. Nessun dettaglio è stato trascurato da arredi, biancheria da letto, vestibilità e finiture ogni dettaglio è stato coperto. Dal momento in cui varchi la soglia, ti accorgerai di aver preso la decisione giusta. Da una vista mozzafiato sull'oceano a una fascia alta ma confortevole sentire il dollaro di sabbia 301 sarà un posto di cui parlerai fino al tuo ritorno. Questa unità è nuova per Vrbo ma è di proprietà e gestione della mia Morucci Realty che possiede anche l'unità 203 nello stesso edificio.

Without question, it is an oceanfront beauty. The host made everything so easy, the property notebook that was available for us was very informative. Any and all questions that you could come up with were already answered, a great list of local places to eat, visit, and shop. This was our very first VRBO stay, there was nothing that we needed from home, so many items to use at the beach, games to share in the condo, plenty of items in the kitchen, no issues at all with the property, the host was only a call or text away if needed, and was very responsive when I did text him. We have already been recommending this location to others and will make all efforts to use this location again in the future. This host made our experience stress free and gave us the relaxing vacation that we hoped for.

Kitchen did not have a sponge to clean the dishes. The A/C filter was so dirty that it had to be removed to cool the unit. Neither bathroom had tissues in the dispensers. Wet towels were found in the dryer. I had to dry and fold them to have sufficient towels. Didn’t think I was there to do laundry. I was expecting a start supply of bathroom soaps but found nothing. Light bulbs need to be replaced. Doesn’t look like the unit is being cared for like it should.

We had a wonderful family reunion vacation. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the deck overlooking the ocean, it was so lovely. My only suggestion might be to add another Adirondack chair. We will be back next year, same time, same place…..g

Absolutely perfect! Location, location, location!

Condo was immaculately clean and very very spacious. Master bedroom was mostly windows with a spectacular ocean view. Unbelievable sunrises. Host was super! Highly recommend this rental.

Very Clean!

There are many nice aspects to this condo but the first thing that comes to mind about our stay is how clean it was. My wife is a nurse and has extremely high standards for cleanliness to the point that we usually wipe everything down when we check into a hotel or Vrbo. While wiping down surfaces here, one of our teenagers noted that nothing was coming up and it was already clean. I was thinking the same thing and honestly think it was the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed at. That’s really impressive, in our book.A couple of other attributes are the view, the spaciousness, and the appointments (can’t think of a better word). We spent so much time just staring at the ocean. Sunrises, dolphins going back and forth, and cheering on fishermen that were out there most days. We even watched the NASA launch to get the stranded astronauts from the lanai (truly visible from 100/- miles away). The unit was plenty big enough for everyone to spread out into their personal spaces at times. The coffee mugs/pots/beach towels/beach equipment/etc. were all as advertised, or better. Lastly, we’re used to hearing and seeing our neighbors in these types of places but we were impressed by how quiet it was. Being on the end of the floor helped. And the two chairs outside the front door were nice to sit in and watch a storm coming in and the sunsetting. This was our home for a special week we’ll all remember fondly forever.

Perfect for family vacation

This condo was great for six adults and one toddler. We had plenty of room to spread out and not get in each other's way. The condo is very clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The only thing we felt was missing was a doormat for outside and inside the front door. We put down towels and moved the mat from the laundry room so we had something to put our shoes on. My daughter thought the mattress in the front bedroom was too hard, but the other two mattresses were great. The balcony is a good size and the view is gorgeous!! The pool is clean and we had it to ourselves most days. There are plenty of beach toys and towels.There are also a couple beach chairs but we didn't use those. I highly recommend this condo. I'm so glad we found it! We plan to return soon!

Beautiful and spacious. It was perfect for my family of four and could've easily had a couple of more people. Views were amazing! We have been going to Crescent Beach for 10+ years and this is definitely one of the more updated condos that we have stayed in. The condo is on the third floor, which provides amazing views… The only challenge was the elevator was out in the building while we were there. It did not impact our vacation at all, but if anyone had a challenge with stairs, I recommend you ask about the elevator prior to arrival

Beautiful unit and responsive hosts

Our annual week at the beach was even better this year having found this condo to stay in. We had a couple small issues with blinds and storm shutters, but the hosts were very responsive and sent someone out the next day to get them working. The condo is well appointed with all the basics. It was especially nice having a full size washer and dryer. We're already excited for next year!!!

Great Experience

This condo is beautifully decorated without the clutter that comes with a few others we are familiar with. It’s comfortable, well stocked, and spacious. The view can’t be beaten….gorgeous and peaceful. The location lends itself to as much activity as you want…..a short hop to St Augustine for some interesting and fun activities or the quiet of an uncrowded beach. It was a pleasure dealing with the responsive hosts.

Great Stay on Crescent Beach

We stayed in this unit for a month and enjoyed it with family and friends. Very clean and easy to maintain. Comfy beds and furniture. Kitchen had everything you'd need to cook at home. Plenty of chairs and toys to take to the beach. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had and supplied great info about restaurants and venues in the area. The beach is beautiful and falling asleep every night to the sound of crashing waves was wonderful! We hope to return in the future.

Sunrise to sunset

Condo was just what we wanted - in an area less frequented than St Augustine Beach. We were able to view sunrise and sunset from our porch and balcony, with the beach just below us. We had minor issue with light bulbs not working and it was fixed within 2 hours of our call - management very accommodating. Overall, a great stay for two people, but large enough for a family of 6 - very relaxing. Highly recommended for those that want a pure sand quiet getaway outside of St Augustine.

Excellent!

This property is everything the description and reviews say it is- simply outstanding. The condo is super clean, spacious, and well equipped. Beds are very comfortable. We stayed with my 82 year old father-in-law who uses a cane and had no issues getting around. Elevators are convenient and offer easy access. The beach is gorgeous for walks or viewing from the balcony. Sunrises are breathtaking! The beach is quiet and great for relaxing. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property!

Exceeded my expectations!

Myself, then my daughter, grew up visiting family in this area multiple times a year and wanted to bring the next generation down. The location is perfect. You're far enough from the high traffic areas but also close enough to enjoy them easily. The condo, the views and furnished items exceeded exceeded my expectations. We can definitely pack lighter next year! The access to the beach from this unit is perfect for those with toddlers who can't do a full day on the beach... the bonus from this property is being inside with one baby while watching your family play out on the beach.

Beautiful sunrise every morning

The property has easy access to the beach with a short walk and has beautiful ocean views and landscapes. The decor and furnishings are perfect especially with the added chairs requested on the balcony which the owner provided at our request. The info provided about restaurant dining was really helpful, too. Had a great time and would recommend a stay.

Wonderful beachfront condo

We booked the condo for a much needed vacation and it definitely met our expectations. Easy access to the beach and beautiful ocean views in a less crowded area really hit the mark. The condo was lovely and was perfect for our group. We also loved that it wasn’t too far to get to the local activities in St. Augustine. We would definitely stay again!
