The open, welcoming layout makes it easy to gather, recharge, and feel at home. Outside, a large patio deck with cozy seating and a BBQ grill invites you to dine al fresco or unwind with friends. A private hot tub that will make evenings even more indulgent. Traveling with pets? Bring them along -- two dogs up to 50 lbs each are welcome.

The bedrooms are generously sized, providing privacy and comfort for families or friends traveling together. The living areas are bright and welcoming—perfect for movie nights, game nights, or simply relaxing after a day of sightseeing.



    Step outside to the expansive patio deck, where you can sip morning coffee, fire up the grill for dinner, or soon soak in the hot tub beneath the Florida sky. With fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay, this Lincolnville gem makes it easy to experience St. Augustine like a local—walkable, vibrant, and effortlessly relaxed.



    OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with enough paper products, pods, trash bags and soaps for 2-3 days of your stay. Linens and towels are included.



    THE LAYOUT: This home has a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom layout.

    Primary Bedroom: 1 King bed with en suite bathroom with walk in shower and double sink, plus a walk in closet.

    Guest Bathroom: Full bathroom with a shower/tub combo in bedroom hallway

    LAUNDRY: We offer a washer and dryer, plus starter laundry pods and dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some cleaning supplies for your convenience.



    PARKING: Parking is available in the driveway on the pavement as well as the gravel, plus 1 spot in the garage. Street parking is public but streets are narrow - please utilize our off-street parking first.



    AMENITIES: Hot Tub. Outdoor and indoor games. Pack n play. Lounge chairs. Propane BBQ. Linens and towels. Fully loaded kitchen. Washer and dryer. 2 patio decks. Outdoor seating.     BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. Pier Park is just a 12-15 minute drive to park your car and walk on to the beach. You can also go to one of the public beach accesses at St. Augustine Beach or Crescent Beach to drive on or park and walk on.!



    *SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($1000) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

    Most of my favorite local hot spots are in this part of town are within a 15-20 minute walk, a quick bike ride or short drive of the front door! To name a few: The Ice Plant (Distillery and Restaurant), Fish Camp Restaurant, Crave Healthy Eatery, Dog Rose Brewery, Prohibition Kitchen, Stogies Cigar Bar and Live Music, Forgotten Tonic Restaurant, The St. Augustine Lighthouse, The Alligator Farm, Castillos De San Marcos Fort, and SO much more!

    Soak it all in! Enjoy a quick drive of just 15 minutes to the local St. Augustine Beach Pier Park beach access or drive on (with 4 wheel drive capable cars) at A Street in St. Augustine Beach!



    THE SURROUNDING AREA: To the south of St. Aug is a highly popular area of Palm Coast, with nearby Marineland, a great place to indulge in outdoor fun as well as golf at The Hammock and the drop dead gorgeous preserve of Washington Oaks State Park, a must-visit! This home is also drive-able within 45 minutes best parts of prime Ponte Vedra for golf and shopping! US1 and A1A are our main commercial corridors, equipped with shopping, groceries and restaurants of all kinds. This home is less than 10 minutes from Publix grocery store.



    Getting Around:

    We recommend renting a car to get around, or there are local pedi-cabs you can call to pick you up if you're only traveling a short distance downtown.



    Interaction with Guests:

    I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is completely up to your discretion. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival.

My husband and I stayed here with another couple, for our first visit to St. Augustine. The house was perfect for our needs. The primary suite was huge! The other two bedrooms were quite roomy too. The living room was very comfy, and the dining room quite spacious. We enjoyed the brand new hot tub, and the back deck, as well as the front porch. The house was very convenient to everwhere we wanted to visit, and only two blocks from a trolley stop! We had only one issue while there. The ice maker was not working. I messaged the host, and before we knew it, we had a delivery of three bags of ice! Would definitely stay here again, should we come this way again
