Goditi le viste spettacolari dal Bayview Cottage con viste impareggiabili sul porto di Mevagissey, sulla baia di St Austell e sul mare.

Bayview si trova a pochi passi dal pittoresco porto di lavoro di Mevagissey, in cui pub, ristoranti e bar fiancheggiano il lungomare.

Un giardino a terrazze creativo dietro la casa è una risorsa rara in questa posizione. Il giardino è l'ideale per rilassarsi con un drink, fare un barbecue, prendere il sole e, naturalmente, ammirare i panorami !!

Bayview Cottage è la casa perfetta da casa per una vacanza in famiglia, un incontro con gli amici o una fuga per rilassarsi e godersi la Cornovaglia. I bambini sono i benvenuti e un lettino da viaggio e un seggiolone sono al cottage, se necessario.

Tutte le camere hanno proporzioni generose e sono decorate con cura. Le viste dal soggiorno, dalla camera matrimoniale e dalla camera da letto a soppalco sono ciò di cui la maggior parte degli ospiti non ne ha mai abbastanza!

I bagni sono progettati individualmente e di dimensioni generose, moderni e con una finitura di alta qualità.

La cucina è ben attrezzata e comprende una gamma con piano cottura in vetroceramica a 5 fuochi e molto spazio nel forno. La cucina a pianta aperta e la sala da pranzo sono perfette per aperitivi e cucina sociale e per cenare a casa. Se desideri mangiare fuori, c'è una vasta scelta di ottimi ristoranti a Mevagissey, molti dei quali utilizzano pesce locale e prodotti della Cornovaglia.

Buono a sapersi:

Il parcheggio è incluso per un'auto nel vicino Sunny Corner Car Park, situato nel centro del paese. Un comodo piazzale è di fronte alla proprietà, perfetto per la raccolta e la consegna. C'è uno spazio di svolta in cima alla collina a portata di mano per tornare al parcheggio riservato.

Il nostro cambio di giornata nei mesi estivi è sabato. Siamo felici di ospitare altri giorni per il resto dell'anno.

Una lavatrice, asciugatrice, asse e ferro da stiro sono a vostra disposizione.
Vengono forniti asciugamani e biancheria da letto, non è necessario portarli con sé.

We loved our stay in Mevagissey. The house was extremely spacious with gorgeous views from the front bedrooms and a very comfortable open plan kitchen/living space. The kitchen was really well equipped and everything was clean and tidy. The house is very close to the centre so you can explore the town easily and access all amenities within minutes. We would have liked to stay longer!

Booking into the house was amazing. It was such a beautiful place. I almost would never rent it if it belonged to me. The view of the bay was gorgeous. Every room was immaculate and comfortable. The beds. were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The underfloor heating in the kitchen and dining room was a dream. There was nothing we didn't love about the house. Except the parking, lol.The house was cool when we first got there but Nevin responded quickly and dealt with the thermostat.Wr would absolutely book it again if we came back to Mevagissey.this. rental accept the parking LO. L

The home is absolutely stunning. So clean and very well fitted. Cannot say enough about the location. The village is gorgeous and everyone is so friendly. So close to shops and restaurants. That view! We miss it already. You do get used to the hill :)

Bayview cottage is perfectly situated overlooking Mevagissey harbour with stunning views no matter the weather! The rooms are all large, comfy, bright & impeccably kept. The kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Again the bedrooms are all large and very comfortable with the main bedroom having the most amazing views to the harbour and out to sea as does the top bedroom. The bathrooms are all a very good size clean and very well presented. The walk into Mevagissey…About 120 seconds 👍 All in all it’s the perfect holiday cottage in the perfect location it’s a 10/10 from us.

A spacious and clean house in an excellent location close to the centre of Mevagissy. Communication with the owner beforehand was great and everything was as described. The house is very well equipped with everything needed for catering, including a bbq (bring your own charcoal) . Beds were super comfy and the 2 bedrooms at the front of the house had stunning views for boat, seal and people watching. There are a number of lovely restaurants, cafes and bakeries in the town, plus ice cream shops of course. 2 beaches are within walking distance and many more short drives away. There are a couple of large supermarkets a short drive away. The allocated car parking space was a walk up the very steep hill but close enough. We hope to return!

The location of the house was great with easy access to the centre of Mevagissey as well as wonderful views across the estuary. Likewise the house itself offered a great deal with all the rooms splendid in size and with several overlooking the bay. The garden offered plenty of space to enjoy outside meals in the sunshine. The whole house was beautifully presented both in terms of furniture and all facilities.

We had a wonderful time in Bayview and can fully recommend it. We will be returning. The property has a fantastic location with a short downhill walk to the village. As with many Cornish locations, parking is a premium, however the property does have an allocated space up the hill. The owners were very helpful in advising on areas to park our second vehicle.. There is so much to do in the area for all ages. Overall an amazing holiday.

This is a lovely house, comfortable, well equipped and well appointed. Just a short walk from the centre of Mevagissey and with stunning views over the harbour, we enjoyed a relaxing two weeks at the property which also served as a great base for exploring Cornwall.
