Hotel vicino a St. Bernard Parish Hospital - New Orleans

“Se decidete di pernottare qui che non sia per più di una notte, visto che puliscono le camere solo quando si lascia il motel. Le stanze sono anche comode, con tv, frigorifero, microonde, ma hanno cattivo odore, credo per via della moquette vecchia e non pulita. La colazione lascia a desiderare, la seconda mattina non era presente il pane per i toast, si sono giustificati dicendo che alternavano con i croissant. Gli ho chiesto se loro riuscivano a mangiare le uova con i croissant. ”

“Hotel pulito sia negli ambienti comuni che nelle stanze ,cambio asciugamani quotidiano Situato a poca distanza dal french quarter ...abbastanza frequente a New Orleans trovare gente sdraiata per terra in condizioni ovviamente disagiate e anche dall' altra parte della strada rispetto all hotel le abbiamo sempre trovate senza però avere problemi di sicurezza Colazione buona e abbastanza varia Buon rapporto qualità prezzo Ci siamo trovati bene”

Hall splendida, un salone storico utilizzato per la colazione, che rappresenta il punto dolente della recensione: personale poco operativo, ritardo nella sostituzione del cibo mancante, nei pressi della macchina per i waffle era sempre sporco per terra e scivoloso e nessuno si premurava di pulire, cibo poco vario e perlopiù confezionato con tanti saluti all'ambiente. “The toilet in my room did not work at all, when I let the girl at the front desk know(she was actually sitting in a sofa watching tv and playing on her phone in the lobby) that the toilet in my room did not work, she said “maintenance has left for the day, he will be back in the morning, but I will let management know” never said, let me put you in another room or anything. Then when I checked with the night shift staff, as I ended up leaving at 3am, the other girl had never even passed on that...

“I love staying here! The staff are always friendly and the cats make it feel like home. The room I stay in is charming and fits perfectly with the French Quarter atmosphere. It is also within walking distance of everything; restaurants, pubs, shopping, museums/sights, and the street trains.”

It's in the quiet, more residential side of the French quarter and only three blocks from Frenchmen street, so it was great place to catch some r&r while close enough to walk anywhere. “Location was nice and we felt safe. Walls are thin. Bedroom was clean but there was definitely mildew in the bathroom in the shower. I had requested a 4pm check out, per the offer at check in on the Hilton app for $50. During the stay I inquired multiple times through the chat feature if it was possible with no reply, therefore we checked out and they kindly kept our bags for us. It would have been nice to have the room a little longer since we had a later flight.”
