“Il posto é consigliato per chi vuole socializzare e ballare. Noi invece volevamo dormire tranquilli. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo scoperto che sotto alla nostra camera si teneva una festa di matrimonio, con musica altissima fino a notte fonda. Per fortuna eravamo talmente stanchi da addormentarci di sasso comunque. Camera non pulitissima ( moquette con macchie, un paio di ragnatele con ragni e soprattutto tazze per il the sporche). Personale gentile e disponibile.”

“On arrival we were informed to dine within 8:30 p.m. and once sit at the restaurant (at approx 7:35 p.m.) we were informed that nothing on the menu, except for what displayed under "sunday roast", which included about 3 starters and 3 mains, would have been served. If we were told before we would have chosen a different dining location.
My daughter and I are allergic to oils and asked for a plain salad with 2 boiled eggs and were told that they couldn't make it as the boiling process takes to...

“Staff were lovely and happy to help.
We got a free upgrade to a harbour view rooms Rooms were spacious. Quiet room.
Bathroom was new but room was slightly outdated and had stains on the carpet. Overlap a good stay. ”

“Everythjng perfect regards the accomodation.
However, the onsite restaurant was quite 'upmarket' ; expensive, with meals nothing like the 'pub grub' we had seen on the website- quite a shock! The staff though were excellent! ”

“Absolutely beautiful hotel, this was not my original hotel, I booked here at very short notice due to our original hotel booking not being adequate given this majestic hotels was stunning! Bed was comfortable and a large space. Staff checked us in very quick and we was provided with information regarding the hotel. Location was so convient as we was attending a concert at utilita. Everything was in walking distance. Only confusion was parking and we ended up parking in Marriott. ”

“Enjoyed 1 night at The Bear Hotel and found it to be extremely welcoming and comfortable. Greeted with a warm smile and a friendly face. Happy to change our room without any fuss or incovenience.
Had a good quality meal in the restaurant. Food was tasty and the staff here also happy and efficient.
