Grapeview Lower Level Apartment

A spacious lower level 2 bedroom apartment located in the beautiful Grapeview Neighborhood. A quiet area close to lots of amenities, grocery stores, and restaurants. The place comes with a full kitchen, bathroom, living area with a sofa bed and a TV.
- Many stores within a 5 minute drive (Superstore, Walmart, and BestBuy).
- Niagara Falls (Clifton Hill) is about 18 minutes away.
- The Pen Center and movie theatre are 10 minutes away.
- Niagara Outlet Mall 11 minutes away
- Close HWY access
The space
Lower level apartment with two bedrooms, an open concept kitchen and living room with a 55" TV, and access to Disney Plus.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire lower level apartment to yourself, the host lives upstairs but no area is shared. The guests will have access to the unit through the side door (not shared with the host). Guests are welcome to use the patio furniture in the backyard as well.
Other things to note
The house is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, with Parks nearby.

The stay

The stay was very good check in was very good and the internet had a hard to enter password. The place was very cold with not enough sheets to keep warm. Yes there was a space heater but it didn’t go to the farther bedroom. The place had a nice fridge and freezer with plenty of space. The tv was large with many streaming services and ok to navigate.

Cozy basement apartment

Listing was as described and show in pictures. Basement apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of room in the kitchen and living space. Quiet neighborhood but easy to get to downtown St Catharines and area wineries. We appreciated the electric heaters for our snowy February stay.
