You'll have access to your lower-level suite, with your private entrance on the side of the house. Please note that the space is located on the lower level so you will be required to go down a flight of stairs.

This is a basement of a house that has been sectioned into three (or maybe 4) apartments. So not a house that you actually rent in entirety. Potlights made it bright. Was surprised that there was no air conditioning. Owner was responsive when we asked for additional fans because the unit was very hot. Its my fault. I wrongly assumed a VRBO would have AC. Shower was clean and bright and updated and worked well. Liked having the soap and shampoo in bottles for pumping. Wifi fast and easy to connect to. My bed was kind of hard and sagging. Maybe just because so hot I was uncomfortable. Coffee was provided. Cooking and fridge worked well but using the oven made space even hotter. No salt but we bought some eand left it there. Security was unusual in that the outer door is never locked and the instructions hand written on the door about never locking some doors was hard to understand. Upstairs tenant confirmed about not locking the outer door. Upstairs tenant was quiet and not a lot of walking noise that you might hear in a basement. One of the rooms had no window covering so anyone could just look in to the basement window. A quiet neighborhood.

The place was ok, but not as amazing as what the pictures portray. This basement apartment had a lot of mildew and weird smells. It was clean but definitely could use a facelift and beds that aren’t hard as a rock. Fans that have all the legs and not just propped up behind a heat vent, or proper venting for air conditioning. Overall it had the amenities necessary for the stay, but it wasn’t worth the price.

Poor Communication

We never received the code to the door from the owner. We were lucky, that renters upstairs let us in, as the owner did not respond to your messages on the VRBO app nor direct text messages. The pictures showed the place to be more updated than reality, but the apartment was definitely fine for the price.

best location

I want there to spend some times in Niagara , the house is 15 min from the Niagara falls , it good option , since it close to everything.I found the apartment really clean.
