“The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and had the basic amenities and were replenished daily. My son loved the swimming pool. The only concern was the water flow of the shower wasn’t so strong so it took a bit longer to take a shower, however, overall we had a great experience and would love to stay there again.”

“Budget Accomodation, but vey clean, with air condition, wi Fi, cable tv, nice and helpful personnel, good position. It's on the first floor, and on the street level there is a seven 11, open 24 hours, and a coffee shop where they make crepes. It's also in walking distance from the promenade and the commercial pier, so there is plenty of restaurants where you can eat. They don't serve breakfast, great value for the money!”

“Rooms are very tidy. Staff are always courteous and helpful. Breakfast (free) are made to order. Place is in the heart of downtown and public market is just a couple of blocks away. I highly recommend Hotel Palwa.👍”

“For me, it's good enough for a solo traveler. Had a last minute booking but good thing I found this place. Upon arrival, I was notified that the room don't have its own toilet and shower, just a few steps outside the room. Had a restful night and a good breakfast. Thank you.”
