This four-bedroom, two full bathroom home offers the perfect balance of comfort and space for families and groups. Located just across the road from the water, Little River Retreat gives you effortless access to the river while still offering a private, relaxed setting to unwind.

Inside, the home is bright, open, and thoughtfully set up for connection. The main living area invites you to settle in after a day outside, with comfortable seating and a warm, welcoming feel throughout. Natural light pours in, creating that easy, airy atmosphere that defines a true getaway. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from slow morning coffees to shared dinners, with space to gather, prep, and enjoy meals together. With four well-appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms, everyone has room to spread out while still feeling part of the experience.

Step outside, and Little River Retreat really comes to life. Your private dock stretches an impressive 185 feet out into the river, leading to a spacious 25x35 platform that’s half covered—giving you the option to soak up the sun or cool off in the shade at any point in the day. It’s the kind of space where mornings start slow with a coffee in hand, afternoons are spent on the water, and evenings wind down watching the river pass by.

For those looking to make the most of the water, paddle boards are available for guest use—perfect for exploring the river at your own pace. Back on land, enjoy a game of cornhole or simply relax and take in the surroundings. The outdoor space is designed for both play and pause, giving you everything you need to enjoy the property from sunrise to sunset.

In the summertime, Little River Retreat is at its best. Warm air, golden light, and the rhythm of the river create an atmosphere that feels effortless and unforgettable. Guests will have full access to the home, including all four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, and outdoor areas. The property is yours to enjoy, from slow mornings inside to long afternoons spent down at the water.

You’ll also have access to the private dock, which extends 185 feet out into the river and features a large 25x35 platform with partial coverage, perfect for both sun and shade throughout the day. Paddle boards and outdoor games, including cornhole, are available for guest use to make the most of your time outside.

Please note that on occasion, we may need brief access to the dock to retrieve our boat. If this is the case during your stay, we will always communicate with you in advance and ensure it is quick, respectful, and does not interfere with your time at the property.
