“The front desk staff was very courteous. That goes a long way with me. The room was really clean and comfortable with only one exception. I am over 6' tall and the room had a very low toilet. ”

We had an Amazon package (knee scooter) coming for my husband who just had surgery so that he could scoot around the Tacoma Dome for Mat Classic. She took a note about the package and texted when it arrived, then held it at the desk for us. This was super helpful to us as it was a busy weekend. She made the experience a happy one. Thank you!”

“I rarely give 5 stars, but this hotel deserves one! I had a fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in quick and easy. I stayed in a studio suite, which was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast, with plenty of great options, fresh and well-organized, making mornings easy and enjoyable. The overall cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail really stood out....
