“Good but overpriced. While rated a 5 star something is lacking. The food is mediocre at best and they seem to be trying to appeal to “foodies” rather than relying on tried and true favorites. I am surprised this hotel made the Auberge collection. ”

“We had such a wonderful night at the Frances Modern Inn. Their room 15 is a gorgeous two story suite with a perfectly curated apartment feel, just with all of the amenities of a five star hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us with parking and even left birthday cupcakes for my husband. There is a beautiful patio and courtyard to hang out in before even arriving in the suite. The suite itself has a very comfortable bed and linens, was incredibly clean, and had a beautiful clawfoot...

“The front desk would not give us bottles of water because our Hyatt Status was not high enough. Offered to sell us water from the "H Mart" for $5 a bottle. It's a shame to lose a customer over a .25 bottle of purified water. We won't be going back. Housekeeping was unreliable.”

I also loved the digital system for the valet bc I could tip each valet at the end of my stay and summon the car from my phone in the comfort of my room. “Ottima soluzione in area con bar e musica dal vivo quasi tutte le sere. Camera confortevole con letto comodo, pulitissima, bagno e doccia molto ampi. Housekeeping incluso nel prezzo, ma su richiesta (finalmente un hotel che lo fa davvero!) L'unica pecca è che la musica da fuori si sente anche con le finestre chiuse. Poi ci si addormenta ugualmente ma, almeno nel mio caso, senza tappi per le orecchie è stato impossibile.”

“You guys ruined my birthday weekend!! My initial reservation was canceled the day of arrival and was told by your representative that my replacement was equal to or upgrade and it was NOT!! When I asked if you all could find me another hotel, I was told that you could not accommodate me. So, I canceled that reservation and stayed at a Marriott which costed me another $900+ on top of what I already paid you!! I will never use this service again and will be sure to advise others to do the same....
