“Glad we stayed in the Golden Eagle, short walk to centre of Chester. The reviews were right, lovely stay, great breakfast, topped up filter coffee was a great touch, the sausages were very good quality. “Off the main road which was good. We thought it was a nice, pleasant place to stay within a short drive of Chester. I would recommend this place to friends visiting the area. We were just a couple that stayed for a week whilst building work was completed on our house and found it competitively priced so if you are a group of 4 then it would represent even better value.
