“Absolutely loved our stay at Roost! Everything was incredibly clean. The hotel itself was such a beautiful place. Food was great. Perfect location. Very nice staff. Valet parking was a breeze, super convenient online setup to request your car. Definitely will be back :)”

“Great old building in design and common area furnishings are appropriate with plenty of character. As for the room: Sure, the building is old and one doesn't expect a big room, but ours was too small; there was about one foot of space on two sides of the bed. Space to leave one suitcase open, but not two. Bathroom was small, as was the sink. The major problem in the room, though, was the owner's insistence on a period bed that required one to pole vault into it. There was a two-step stair left...

“The room I got was a Jacuzzi room. The Jacuzzi did not work. The staff member did get me another room, thankfully. The staff were all very nice. That was the thing I like the most. it’s very outdated. The paint was peeling the vents over the hot tub did not work. When we turn the hot tub on the lights would dim. The water after filled was not hot not even warm at the end. I think if they updated a little bit, make sure everything was in working order. This would be a good place. I most likely...

“We stayed on Woodward side and the street noise was incredibly loud, like the windows were open but they were not. ”

“The property is outdated the hot tubs we peeling and stained very grimy on top of the grossness, the room above jets were obtrusively loud and then the roof broke and water poured in the room. We were moved to another upgraded king room and the tub was dripping all night. There was rust stains and peeling and grubby finish. The mattresses were terrible ”
