“Very clean, Ate Liza is very helpful and accommodating. The owner is friendly and helpful as well. No elevator just stairs so if you have heavy luggages be ready to carry it all the way up. All in all, it’s what we needed for our stay in Las Pinas. Very close to Perpetual hospital, SM center/Hypermart even South Mall. We’ll stay here again in the future if we will be in the area. ”

“The room was downgraded from what I was told by the staff. Our bed was as if they put a sheet over a brick it was so hard and uncomfortable. Then we seen cockroaches all over the room. Mouse or rat droppings in the bathroom as well. One of the housekeepers said that we stained the blankets with lipstick and my wife doesn’t even use any makeup whatsoever. So they tried to charge us for it. We use to go here every time we come to the Philippines but never again. They don’t take care of the place...
