The Sandy Diamond on the Gulf- NEW! Hot Tub and Outdoor Entertainment Area!

Sandy Diamond is a newly constructed home and beautifully decorated home near the center of the island. This 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom home offers 2 living areas an open kitchen area with a bar to enjoy cooking, eating and enjoying family and friends.

Sandy Diamond also offers two decks with a Gulf view on each level of the home where you can sit and enjoy that early morning cup of coffee while watching the sun come up, or just sitting and enjoying the view of St. George Island and chatting it up with loved ones.
The first level of the offers 3 Bedrooms. The first bedroom has a comfy king bed while the second bedroom has two full size beds and the third with a queen and twin, and living space with a flat screen tv, refrigerator and sink.
The second floor offers an open living space that flows into the kitchen, with laundry room, and 1/2 bath.

Great property!

Great property! 3-4 minute walk to the beach. We had 11 people in our group with more than enough room to enjoy, as well as sleep! House was well stocked with toiletries, dishes, towels, etc.., however, there wasn’t a tv in the house. Most of our guest was ok with that, but there was a few that missed having it. We really enjoyed staying at the Pelican Bomber!
